Jackpot City is one of the oldest brands in online gambling, a sister site of Spin Casino run by Baytree Interactive Ltd under the same Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence. Its international site offers a four-deposit welcome package worth up to €1,600, with wagering counted on the bonus only. Casino Guru rates it 8.1 out of 10 (“High”), but it also lists 99 complaints against Jackpot City, 23 of them unresolved, mostly about slow withdrawals and verification. And like Spin, its terms let management cap what you can withdraw.

Our verdict: established and licensed, but slow when it matters. Fine for casual play; expect verification and withdrawal delays, and read the withdrawal clauses before taking a bonus.

Yes, by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Jackpot City’s international site names Baytree Interactive Ltd, a Guernsey company, licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under licence 01059. The Commission’s permit-holder list shows jackpotcitycasino.com under Baytree Interactive Limited, alongside Spin Casino and 17 other brands. Its terms name eCOGRA and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission as places to complain if the casino doesn’t resolve a dispute.

Track record: high score, slow payouts

Casino Guru rates Jackpot City 8.1 out of 10 (“High”) and counts 99 complaints directly against it, plus 287 against related casinos. Its complaints tab lists 80 cases: 23 unresolved, 13 resolved, 43 rejected and 1 open. That’s a lot of unresolved cases for a casino with a high score, and the theme is consistent:

• withdrawals significantly delayed (C$2,180, C$500, NZ$550, C$150)
• withdrawals held up by identity verification (C$380, C$50)
• a player locked out of their account (C$100)
• funds that disappeared from an account (NZ$200)

Casino Guru also flags two bonus rules as unfair: playing restricted games can forfeit the bonus, and bonus winnings must be withdrawn as soon as wagering is complete or further winnings can be capped. Withdrawals: two discretionary caps

Jackpot City shares Spin Casino’s terms. There’s no fixed daily limit in the terms, but two clauses let management cap withdrawals:

The bonus cap is the one to watch. Deposit €50, take the welcome bonus and win €2,000, and management may limit your withdrawal to €300, forfeiting the rest. Without a bonus, that clause doesn’t apply. Our previous review promised “super fast payouts” in one to two days; given the delayed-withdrawal complaints, we’ve removed that.
