Winnerz Casino Review 2026: Estonian Licence, Pay N Play and Low Withdrawal Limits
Winnerz is the third Pay N Play casino from Hitz Gaming OÜ, alongside Wisho and Trickz. It shares their four Estonian licences and Casino Guru rates it 9.6 out of 10 (“Very high”), but it differs from its sisters in two ways that matter. It now runs a sportsbook next to more than 6,000 slots, and according to Casino Guru its withdrawal limits are just €500 a day, a fraction of Wisho’s. Its complaint record also includes several account closures with winnings confiscated.
Our verdict: well licensed, but check the limits. A safe EU-licensed Pay N Play casino; big winners will find the €500 daily cap slow.

Who runs Winnerz, and is it licensed?
Yes, in Estonia. Winnerz’s footer names Hitz Gaming OÜ (registration 16217486, Tallinn) and the same four licences from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board as its sister sites: HKT000062, HKT000073, HKL000371 and HKL000437. Casino Guru also lists an Anjouan licence for the group.
An Estonian licence is an EU licence, with EU anti-money-laundering rules and a regulator inside the EU. When we checked from Finland, Winnerz’s homepage promised “tax-free winnings”. Whether that’s true for you depends on your own country’s tax rules, not the casino’s licence, so check before relying on it. See our Wisho and Trickz reviews for more on the operator.
Track record: a high score, a busier complaints file
Casino Guru rates Winnerz 9.6 out of 10 (“Very high”) and found no unfair or exploitative rules in its terms. User feedback is “Mixed” across 21 reviews.
Its complaints tab is busier than Wisho’s: 32 cases, with 7 resolved, 23 rejected and 2 still open. A rejected complaint usually means Casino Guru sided with the casino or the player stopped responding. Still, the recurring theme is worth knowing about:
- an account closed with winnings confiscated (€9,000)
- winnings confiscated (€4,500)
- accounts closed after withdrawal disputes, with funds lost (€571, €500)
- a withdrawal refused and account access blocked (€350)
- delayed withdrawals (€2,000, €1,800)
Pay N Play doesn’t skip identity checks forever: casinos can still ask for documents, especially on larger withdrawals, and most of these disputes started at that stage. Read the bonus rules carefully and have your documents ready. See why casinos verify your account and can you sue a casino for not paying out.
Pay N Play sign-up and withdrawals
Winnerz is a Pay N Play casino. Our old review described an email-and-password sign-up, but the site now starts with a deposit box: enter an amount, choose your bank, confirm the payment, and your account is created from your bank details. See our guides to Pay N Play casinos, Trustly casinos and Zimpler casinos.
| Minimum deposit | €20 |
| Limit per day | €500 |
| Limit per week | €2,500 |
| Limit per month | €10,000 |
| Win limit | None |

This is the main drawback. At €500 a day, a €5,000 win takes ten days to withdraw, and a €20,000 win takes two months because of the €10,000 monthly cap. Sister site Wisho allows €10,000 a day. Our old review promised cash-outs “within 5 minutes”; we’ve removed that, because speed means little with a cap this low. Casino Guru counts 31 deposit methods, including Trustly-style bank payments, Zimpler, cards, e-wallets and Bitcoin, depending on your country. Bonuses
When we checked from Finland, new players could choose a casino or sports welcome offer. Offers vary by country, so check what’s shown to you.
Casino: 350 free spins over two deposits
| Deposit | Free spins | Spin value | Minimum deposit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 200 on Legacy of Dead | €0.10 | €20 |
| 2nd | 150 on Iron Bank | €0.20 | €20 |
The face value is €50. Free-spin winnings carry 30x wagering, to be completed within three days, with a €2 maximum bet. Withdrawing before you finish cancels the winnings. At €2 a spin, clearing €50 in winnings means €1,500 in bets, or 750 spins, in three days.
Sports: a 100% risk-free bet up to €200. The homepage also advertises up to 20% cashback, a loyalty programme with levels and perks, and weekly tournaments with free-bet prizes. See our wagering requirements guide, cashback casinos and no-account betting.
Games and sportsbook
Winnerz now advertises more than 6,000 slots plus a sportsbook, well up from the 2,500 games our previous review recorded. Studios include NetEnt, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, ELK and Playson, with live casino from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. See our guides to online slots and live dealer casinos.
Pros and cons
Strong licensing and a big lobby on one side; low withdrawal limits and a busy complaints file on the other.
Pros
- Four Estonian (EU) gambling licences held by Hitz Gaming OÜ
- Casino Guru Safety Index of 9.6/10, with no unfair terms
- Pay N Play: sign up and log in through your bank
- 6,000+ slots, live casino and a sportsbook
- Choice of casino or sports welcome offer
Cons
- Withdrawals capped at €500 a day and €10,000 a month (Casino Guru)
- Complaints include account closures with winnings confiscated (€9,000)
- Free-spin winnings: 30x in three days with a €2 maximum bet
- "Tax-free winnings" depends on your country, not the casino
Who is Winnerz best for?
Casual players who want an EU-licensed Pay N Play casino with a sportsbook. If you deposit modest amounts and like switching between slots and sports, Winnerz covers both under one licence.
Less suited to: high rollers and anyone hoping to withdraw a big win quickly. For higher limits from the same operator, Wisho is the better choice.
Summary
Winnerz has the same strong foundations as its sister sites: four Estonian licences, Pay N Play sign-up and a 9.6 Casino Guru Safety Index with no unfair terms. It adds a sportsbook and a much bigger slot lobby than before. But Casino Guru lists withdrawal limits of just €500 a day and €10,000 a month, and its complaints file includes several closed accounts with confiscated winnings. A reasonable pick for casual play; for big wins, Wisho’s limits are far better. Our review policy explains how we assess casinos, and our list of new casinos has alternatives.
