Starzino Casino Review 2026: Quick Sign-Up, Unclear Licence, Low Safety Score
Starzino lets you skip the usual registration form and sign up with an Apple, Google or Telegram account, then play slots, live casino and sports from one wallet. Our previous review called it “our favorite online casino” and described it as safe and licensed. We can no longer say that. Starzino’s own terms name a company in Costa Rica and no licence at all, while Casino Guru links it to a different company with a Curaçao licence and gives it a Safety Index of 3.5 out of 10 (“Low”), advising players to stay away.
Our verdict: not recommended. Convenient to join and reasonable on paper, but we can’t confirm who licenses it, and the independent safety picture is poor.

Who runs Starzino, and is it licensed?
We couldn’t confirm a licence. Starzino’s footer shows no licence, no operator and no regulator’s seal. Its Terms of Use, last updated on 1 July 2024, say the casino “is operated by EHC LIMITADA”, a company in San José, Costa Rica. Costa Rica doesn’t license online casinos, and the terms don’t mention any other licence or regulator. Even the governing-law clause is left blank: the terms say they’re “governed by the laws of” without naming a country.
Casino Guru tells a different story. It lists Starzino’s owner as Luckywayz Limited B.V. and says the casino is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. We checked the authority’s online gaming register, dated 2 October 2026. Luckywayz Limited B.V. does appear there, with licence OGL/2024/1497/0884, issued on 14 October 2025 with an expiry date of 14 April 2026 and the status “assessment in progress”. Around 270 other licences on the register carry the same status, so this looks like a pending renewal rather than a revocation.
The register lists companies, not websites, so it can’t show whether Starzino trades under that licence. Starzino itself doesn’t claim it. A legitimate Curaçao licensee normally names its company and licence number in the footer and links to the regulator’s validation page. Starzino does neither, and its terms point to a different company altogether. Our guide to Curaçao casinos explains how the new Curaçao licensing system works and what a valid licence looks like.
Track record: Casino Guru advises against it
Casino Guru rates Starzino 3.5 out of 10 (“Low”) and writes that it urges players “to refrain from using this casino”. The score is pulled down mainly by five related casinos that Casino Guru counts against it: of 11,094 black points, 9,998 come from those sister sites. Casino Guru doesn’t name them on its review page, so we can’t either.
Starzino’s own record is short. Casino Guru has four complaints about it: one open, one unresolved, one resolved and one rejected. They cover:
- a withdrawal delayed and not processed (€1,597)
- a refund delayed (€2,650)
- funds confiscated (€1,555)
- another delayed withdrawal
Casino Guru also flags one clause as unfair: common bonus strategies can be treated as a serious breach of the terms. We cover that clause in the bonus section below.

| Limit per 30 days | €20,000 |

| Processing time (per terms) | Within 2 banking days |

On paper, €5,000 a day and €20,000 per 30 days is better than most offshore casinos we’ve reviewed recently. The 30-day cap is the one that matters for a big win: €60,000 takes three months to withdraw. Note that the terms let Starzino ask for ID, phone or face verification at any stage. Our old review said documents usually weren’t needed until you’d withdrawn €500, but nothing in the current terms guarantees that, so verify early.
Casino Guru counts 33 payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Trustly, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin and Tether. See our guides to Apple Pay casinos, Google Pay casinos, Revolut casinos, Bitcoin casinos, casinos with no withdrawal limits and why casinos verify your account.
Bonuses
Starzino’s promotions page showed this casino welcome package in October 2026:
| Deposit | Offer | Minimum deposit | Wagering | Time limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% up to €500 | €30 | 40x bonus | 30 days |
| 2nd | 50% up to €1,000 | €30 | 40x bonus | 7 days |
| 3rd | 150 free spins | €30 | 35x winnings | 7 days |
The wagering is counted on the bonus only, not on deposit plus bonus. That makes it lighter than it looks next to casinos that use 35x deposit plus bonus. A €100 bonus at 40x means €4,000 in bets, costing about €160 on average at 96% RTP. The catch is the second stage: wagering €40,000 on a €1,000 bonus in seven days is unrealistic for most players. Sports bettors get a separate 100% up to €500 offer instead, with 25x wagering at minimum odds of 1.75.
The clause that matters most is 7.7. It lets Starzino classify any player as a “bonus hunter” at its own discretion, after which “all winnings and bonuses will be void” and the payment isn’t processed. Casino Guru lists this as an unfair term. Without a regulator behind the casino, there’s no one to appeal to if it’s used against you. See our wagering requirements guide and no-wagering bonuses.
Quick sign-up, games and sportsbook
Starzino’s sign-up form offers “Quick Sign Up” with an Apple, Google or Telegram account, so you don’t have to fill in a long form. Be clear about what this saves: it replaces the form, not identity checks, which can still come before your first withdrawal. If you want a casino where the bank login replaces both, see our guides to Pay N Play casinos and instant play casinos.
Our previous review recorded more than 5,500 games from over 55 providers, a live casino, jackpot slots and a sportsbook. The site also has virtual racing, missions, lucky wheels and a VIP club with cashback and rakeback. See our guides to online slots, live dealer casinos, VIP casinos and crypto betting.
Starzino’s terms exclude players from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, the UK, the US and several other countries.
Pros and cons
Easy access and fair limits on one side; an unconfirmed licence and a poor safety score on the other.
Pros
- Quick sign-up with an Apple, Google or Telegram account
- €5,000 daily and €20,000 monthly withdrawal limits
- Welcome wagering counted on the bonus only
- Casino, live casino and sportsbook in one account
Cons
- No licence named on the site; its terms name a Costa Rican company
- Casino Guru's Curaçao licensee has a licence past its expiry date, awaiting renewal
- Casino Guru Safety Index of 3.5/10 ("Low"), with a warning to stay away
- Discretionary "bonus hunter" clause can void winnings
- Seven days to clear 40x on the €1,000 second bonus
- Complaints include confiscated funds (€1,555)
Summary
Starzino is easy to join and its withdrawal limits are better than average, but the basics don’t hold together. Its terms name a Costa Rican company and no licence, Casino Guru names a different Curaçao company whose licence is awaiting renewal, and the site itself says nothing either way. Add a Casino Guru Safety Index of 3.5 and a clause that lets the casino void winnings at its discretion, and it’s not a casino we can recommend. Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos, and our list of new casinos has alternatives.
