Betnflix is a casino and sportsbook run by L.C.S Limited, the Maltese company behind Nords and 21Red. Its licence is the real thing: Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/233/2013, which we confirmed on the regulator’s register, with a free independent dispute service named in the terms. But Casino Guru rates Betnflix only 5.1 out of 10 (“Below average”), with four unresolved complaints involving confiscated winnings, and its bonus terms include a minimum-bet rule that can cost you your winnings.

Our verdict: proceed with caution. Strong licensing and fair withdrawal limits, let down by a weak complaint record and some tricky bonus rules.

Who runs Betnflix, and is it licensed?

Yes, by the Malta Gaming Authority. Betnflix’s footer names L.C.S Limited (company C-64070, Ta’ Xbiex, Malta) as operator and licence MGA/B2C/233/2013, issued on 2 July 2013. On 6 October 2026 the MGA’s licensee register listed L.C.S Limited under that number for Type 1 and Type 2 services, and the MGA’s URL checker listed betnflix.com under the same company. An MGA licence gives you a proper complaints route. If Betnflix’s own support doesn’t settle a dispute, its terms name MADRE, a free independent alternative dispute resolution service, and you can also go to the MGA. An MGA licence still isn’t a national licence. If you live in a country with its own licensing system, a locally licensed casino keeps national protections such as central self-exclusion.

Track record: below average

Casino Guru rates Betnflix 5.1 out of 10 (“Below average”), with “Mixed” user feedback. It counts 5 complaints directly against Betnflix and 155 against related L.C.S casinos. Its complaints tab lists 27 cases: 4 unresolved, 7 resolved and 16 rejected. A recurring theme is confiscated winnings:

• winnings confiscated (C$2,033, €1,133, €300) and funds confiscated (€1,053)
• delayed withdrawals followed by account confiscation (€1,517)
• a withdrawal delayed over accusations against the account (€1,134)
• bonus winnings reduced (€300)

Casino Guru also flags two rules as unfair: bets below a minimum threshold can lead to confiscated winnings, and playing restricted games while wagering can forfeit the bonus. The €25,000 monthly cap is fair for an MGA casino. Two rules are less friendly. Deposits must be wagered three times before you can withdraw them, even without a bonus, so a €100 deposit needs €300 in bets. And accounts left without a login for six months are charged €10 a month, so withdraw your balance before you take a break. The rules:

• 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, and 35x on free-spin winnings
• 30 days to complete bonus wagering, but only 48 hours to wager free-spin winnings
• a €5 maximum bet and a €0.50 minimum bet: smaller bets don’t count and can cost you the winnings
• live casino doesn’t count; table games count 20%
• minimum deposit €25 per stage

A €100 deposit with a €100 bonus means €7,000 in bets, costing about €280 on average at 96% RTP. The minimum-bet rule is the one most players miss: low-stakes slot play at €0.20 a spin can void your bonus winnings. Who is Betnflix best for?

Players who want an MGA-licensed casino and sportsbook and play without bonuses. Without a bonus, the tricky rules mostly don’t apply, and you keep the licence, the dispute route and fair limits.
