RealSpin Casino Review 2026: Anjouan Licence, Ignored Self-Exclusions and a €5,000 Weekly Cap
RealSpin is a casino and sportsbook that launched in 2024 with a four-deposit welcome package worth up to €1,000. Our previous page was little more than a facts table, and several of its details were wrong: RealSpin isn’t run by “Donna N.V.” and isn’t licensed in Curaçao. Its terms name Next Global Era Limited, a Belize company holding an Anjouan licence. Casino Guru rates RealSpin 3.3 out of 10 (“Very low”), notes that it doesn’t respond to third-party complaints, and lists four complaints about self-exclusion requests being ignored, one involving C$80,700.
Our verdict: not recommended. A licensed operator on paper, but its handling of self-exclusion and complaints is a serious red flag.

Who runs RealSpin, and is it licensed?
Yes, by Anjouan. RealSpin’s terms say it’s owned by Next Global Era Limited, a company registered in Belize (registration 000030447, Belize City), licensed in Anjouan under licence ALSI-102310002-FI5. A Cypriot sister company, Next Global Era Cyprus Limited, acts as a service and payment company in some countries.
We checked the Anjouan Gaming register. It lists Next Global Era Limited’s licence as “valid”, with realspin.com among 27 casino and betting domains under it. One detail to watch: the register shows an expiry date of 4 October 2026, two days before our check, while still marking the licence valid, which suggests a renewal in progress. Check the register yourself before depositing.
Our previous page listed “Donna N.V.” and a Curaçao licence; neither matches what RealSpin’s own terms say today. Note also that realspincasino.com is a parked domain for sale, not the casino. Anjouan supervises casinos far more lightly than EU regulators, and RealSpin’s terms name no independent dispute service. See our guides to MGA casinos and Curaçao casinos for how the main licences compare.
Track record: self-exclusion requests ignored
Casino Guru rates RealSpin 3.3 out of 10 (“Very low”), despite “Good” feedback from a small number of user reviews. Two of its warnings stand out: a €100,000 daily win limit, and that the casino doesn’t react to third-party complaints. Its complaints tab lists 26 cases: 5 unresolved, 7 resolved and 14 rejected.
The pattern is worrying. Four separate complaints involve self-exclusion requests that weren’t acted on:
- a self-exclusion request ignored (C$80,700)
- an account not blocked despite repeated self-exclusion requests (€1,160)
- an account left open despite a self-exclusion request (€300)
- an account not closed after a self-exclusion request (€260)
Others include a withdrawal delayed and the account closed (C$72,051), an account closed without response (€7,000), winnings confiscated (€3,600) and closure requests ignored. If you’re thinking about self-excluding, don’t rely on this casino to do it: use a national self-exclusion scheme and blocking software as well. See our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and getting help to stop gambling.
Withdrawals
| Limit per week | €5,000 |
| Daily win limit | €100,000 |
| Minimum deposit | €20 |
Source: Casino Guru’s RealSpin review, October 2026.
€5,000 a week is low. A €20,000 win takes a month to withdraw, and anything over €100,000 won in a day isn’t paid at all. Our previous page promised “same day” payouts; we can’t support that, given the limit and the delayed-withdrawal complaints. Expect identity checks before your first withdrawal; see why casinos verify your account and casinos with no withdrawal limits.
Bonuses
When we checked from Finland, RealSpin’s welcome package was worth up to €1,000 plus 150 free spins over four deposits, each claimed with its own code. Offers vary by country:
| Deposit | Bonus | Free spins | Code |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 125% up to €125 | 25 | WELCOME125 |
| 2nd | 75% up to €250 | 50 | WELCOME250 |
| 3rd | 50% up to €400 | 50 | WELCOME400 |
| 4th | 100% up to €225 | 25 | WELCOME225 |
The rules:
- 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus
- 21 days to complete it
- bets over €12 aren’t allowed while wagering
- “low-risk” or risk-free betting and gamble features are prohibited
- minimum deposit €20 per stage
A €100 deposit with a €125 bonus means €9,000 in bets in three weeks, costing about €360 on average at 96% RTP. Casino Guru also flags a rule treating common bonus strategies as a serious breach of the terms. See our wagering requirements guide and no-wagering bonuses.
Games and sportsbook
RealSpin offers slots, live casino and a sportsbook. Our previous page recorded more than 6,000 games, with studios such as Big Time Gaming, Evolution and Ezugi, and support for crypto payments. See our guides to online slots, live dealer casinos and crypto betting.
Pros and cons
A named, licensed operator on one side; ignored self-exclusions and low limits on the other.
Pros
- Named operator with an Anjouan licence on the register
- Casino, live casino and sportsbook in one account
- Four-stage welcome package with free spins
Cons
- Four complaints about ignored self-exclusion requests, one for C$80,700
- Casino Guru Safety Index of 3.3/10 ("Very low"); doesn't respond to third-party complaints
- Withdrawals capped at €5,000 a week; €100,000 daily win limit
- Licence listed with an expiry date of 4 October 2026
- 40x deposit + bonus wagering with a €12 maximum bet
- No independent dispute service named
Summary
RealSpin is run by Next Global Era Limited under an Anjouan licence that’s on the register, which is more than many offshore casinos can show. But that’s where the reassurance ends. Casino Guru rates it 3.3 out of 10, says it doesn’t respond to third-party complaints, and lists four cases where players’ self-exclusion requests weren’t acted on. Withdrawals are capped at €5,000 a week, and the licence’s listed expiry date has just passed. We can’t recommend it, and we’d especially advise anyone worried about their gambling to stay away. Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos, and our list of new casinos has alternatives.
