CrownGold Casino Review 2026: Kahnawake-Licensed, High Limits, Mixed Terms

CrownGold is a large SoftSwiss casino with thousands of games, a sportsbook and some of the highest withdrawal limits we’ve seen offshore: €5,000 a day and €30,000 a month. Its licence checks out, too. CrownGold’s operator, Aveazure SRL, holds Kahnawake licence No. 940, and crowngold.com is listed by name on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s permit list. The reservations are about the small print: Casino Guru rates its terms “somewhat unfair”, the welcome bonus caps free-spin winnings at €100, and most of CrownGold’s ten complaints are about delayed withdrawals, with one describing an account left open after a self-exclusion request.

Our verdict: worth considering, with caveats. A verifiably licensed casino with generous limits. Read the bonus terms carefully and verify your account before you need to withdraw.

Who runs CrownGold, and is it licensed?

Yes, CrownGold holds a licence we could verify. Its footer says crowngold.com is owned and operated by Aveazure SRL, a Costa Rican company (registration 3-102-848946), licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under licence No. 940, issued on 3 May 2023. The Commission’s own permit-holder list confirms it: Aveazure SRL is listed with crowngold.com and several mirror domains (crowngold1.com, crowngold9.com, crowngold777.com). The same list shows Aveazure’s other brands, PlayMojo, Boomerang Bet and SlotsMines.

Our previous review described CrownGold’s licence as “Costa Rica, reg number 3-102-848946”. That number is Aveazure’s company registration, not a gambling licence; Costa Rica doesn’t license online casinos. The previous version of this page also mixed in headings from a different casino, CrownPlay, which isn’t related.

Kahnawake has regulated online gambling since 1999, and it runs a complaints process for players. It’s an established offshore regulator, but it doesn’t offer the same level of protection as the Malta Gaming Authority, and a national self-exclusion scheme in your country won’t automatically apply. See our guides to Kahnawake casinos, MGA casinos and Curaçao casinos.

Where CrownGold doesn’t accept players

CrownGold’s terms (updated 1 May 2025) list a long set of restricted countries, including the UK, the US, Sweden, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Germany isn’t on the list, even though it has its own licensing system and CrownGold holds no German licence. Never use a VPN to get around the list: the terms say CrownGold can’t guarantee withdrawals for players who break it.

Track record and terms

Casino Guru rates CrownGold 7.4 out of 10 (“Above average”) in its June 2026 review, with “Good” user feedback from 10 reviews. It has logged 10 complaints: 3 resolved, 7 rejected and none unresolved, and says none were serious enough to weigh on the rating. Most concern delayed withdrawals, with disputed amounts of €5,000, €3,000 and €2,000, plus several in Australian dollars. Others involve a disabled account delaying a withdrawal, funds confiscated after what the player called a network issue, and an account left open despite a self-exclusion request.

That last case matters more than its tiny disputed amount. If you need to stop gambling, don’t rely on a single casino’s tools; see our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and getting help to stop gambling.

Casino Guru also describes CrownGold’s terms as “somewhat unfair” and advises players to proceed with caution. Two clauses we’d point out: winnings can be confiscated if you don’t provide complete KYC documents within 40 days of a request, and betting on both red and black in roulette, or player and banker in baccarat, while using a bonus can void bonus winnings. Casino Guru lists “no live chat” as a con, but we found a live chat widget on the site in October 2026. Our guide on what counts as bonus abuse explains the clauses casinos most often use to void winnings.

Withdrawals

Daily limit €5,000
Weekly limit €10,000
Monthly limit €30,000
Win limit None (Casino Guru)
KYC deadline Documents within 40 days of a request, or winnings may be confiscated
Fees None (previous review)

These are among the highest limits we’ve found at an offshore casino. A €5,000 win can be withdrawn in a single day, compared with ten days at casinos capped at €500 a day. Above €10,000, the weekly limit starts to slow things down, and €30,000 is the monthly ceiling. See casinos with no withdrawal limits and fast payout casinos for comparison.

With most complaints about delays, the practical advice is simple: complete identity verification before you request your first withdrawal, answer any document request well within 40 days, and start with a small withdrawal. See why casinos verify your account.

Casino Guru lists 38 payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Jeton, Revolut, Apple Pay, Klarna, AstroPay, Flexepin, local bank transfers and crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, XRP, Dogecoin). Availability depends on your country. See our guides to Revolut, Apple Pay, Skrill, MiFinity, MuchBetter, AstroPay and Bitcoin casinos.

The dormancy fee

If you don’t log in for 12 consecutive months, CrownGold can charge a monthly administrative fee of €30. Withdraw your balance rather than leaving it in a dormant account.

The welcome bonus

The standard welcome package is spread over three deposits, each claimed with a bonus code before depositing:

Deposit Match Free spins Code
1st 100% up to €100 100 CG1
2nd 50% up to €300 50 CG2
3rd 50% up to €350 75 CG3
Total Up to €750 225

The rules that matter (Bonus Terms):

  • 40x wagering on the bonus plus free-spin winnings, not on your deposit
  • 14 days to complete wagering
  • €5 maximum bet while wagering
  • €20 minimum deposit for each stage
  • Free spins are paid in daily batches (20 a day on the first deposit) and must be activated within 14 days
  • Free-spin winnings are capped at €100, and the cap stays after wagering is complete
  • Not available if you deposit with crypto, Skrill or Neteller
  • Players from some countries get a different welcome offer

There’s also a Wheel of Fortune with prizes worth up to €1,195 and 260 free spins, plus weekly reloads and free-spin deals from Monday to Sunday.

What it costs. The first bonus maxes out at €100, so a €100 deposit gets you €100 extra and 100 free spins. You’d then need to wager about €4,000 (40 × €100, plus 40 times whatever the spins win) within 14 days. At an average slot RTP of 96%, that costs about €160 in expected losses, more than the bonus is worth. The second and third stages are only 50% matches. The bonus suits slot players who’d play that volume anyway; otherwise, deposit without a code. Our wagering requirements guide shows the maths, and no-wagering bonuses are the simpler option.

Games

CrownGold’s lobby advertises 7,000+ licensed games, and our previous review counted more than 9,000 including live and instant games, plus a sportsbook. Providers include NetEnt, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Pragmatic Play, BGaming and Habanero, with live games from Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live. See our guides to online slots and live dealer casinos.

Pros

  • Kahnawake licence No. 940 verified, with crowngold.com on the permit-holder list
  • High withdrawal limits: €5,000 a day, €30,000 a month, no win limit
  • No unresolved complaints on Casino Guru
  • 40x wagering on the bonus, not deposit plus bonus
  • Thousands of games, live casino and sportsbook
  • 38 payment methods, including Revolut, Apple Pay and crypto
  • Live chat support

Cons

  • Terms rated "somewhat unfair" by Casino Guru
  • Most complaints are about delayed withdrawals
  • One complaint about an account left open after self-exclusion
  • Free-spin winnings capped at €100, even after wagering
  • Welcome bonus excluded for crypto, Skrill and Neteller deposits
  • €30 monthly dormancy fee after 12 months
  • Kahnawake offers less protection than an MGA licence

Who is CrownGold best for?

Players who want a large game library with high withdrawal limits under a licence they can check. If you win big, CrownGold’s limits will get your money out faster than most offshore casinos.

Less suited to: bonus hunters and free-spin fans (the €100 cap limits the upside), crypto and e-wallet players who want the welcome bonus, anyone who needs reliable self-exclusion, and players who want EU-level protection. For that, see MGA casinos.

Summary

CrownGold is better than its old page made it look and more mixed than its old 4.9 rating suggested. Its operator, Aveazure SRL, holds Kahnawake licence No. 940, and the permit list names crowngold.com. Withdrawal limits of €5,000 a day and €30,000 a month are well above average, and Casino Guru rates it 7.4 out of 10 with no unresolved complaints. Against that, its terms are rated somewhat unfair, free-spin winnings are capped at €100, delayed withdrawals dominate the complaint record, and one self-exclusion request wasn’t honoured. Verify early, read the bonus terms, and withdraw in steps. Our review policy explains how we assess casinos, and our list of new casinos has alternatives.
