Lucki Casino Review 2026: Real Licence, Tight Limits, Troubling Family
Lucki Casino launched in 2025 with an anime-style design, thousands of games and a welcome package of up to €5,000 at a relatively low 25x wagering. Our earlier review described it as licensed in Costa Rica. That was wrong: Costa Rica doesn’t issue online gambling licences. Lucki does hold a real licence, from Anjouan, and you can find it on the regulator’s register. But that register entry also shows who its sister casinos are, and one of them, Winzter, has a serious problem record. Add withdrawal limits of €2,000 a week and four unresolved complaints, and the picture is a lot less rosy than the old score suggested.
Our verdict: not recommended. The licence is real but light-touch, the withdrawal limits are among the lowest we’ve seen, and most of its complaints are still unresolved.

Who runs Lucki, and what licence does it hold?
Our previous review named the operator as “GROUP GAEM B.V.” and the licence as “Costa Rica”. Neither holds up.
Costa Rica doesn’t license online casinos. Companies can register there, and many offshore operators do, but Costa Rica has no regulator that issues online gambling licences. A casino that calls itself “Costa Rica licensed” is describing where its company is registered, not a gambling licence.
Lucki’s real licence is from Anjouan. We searched the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s public register, which lists 1,540 licences with their holders and domains. Lucki appears twice:
| Licence | Holder | Lucki domain | Valid until |
|---|---|---|---|
| ALSI-202412035-FI2 | Rabocse SRL | lucki.casino | 27 December 2026 |
| ALSI-202606020-FI1 | Exceptiosoft LTD | luckicasino.io | 11 June 2027 |
Both licences show as valid. That puts Lucki ahead of casinos like QuickWin, whose licence we couldn’t find at all. But Anjouan is one of the lightest-touch licences in this market. There’s no independent dispute-resolution body, no compensation fund and no requirement to keep player money separate from company money. Compare our pages on MGA casinos and Curaçao casinos.
The sister casinos: why they matter here
The Anjouan register entries show which casinos share Lucki’s licences, and that’s where things get uncomfortable. The Rabocse SRL licence covers 17 domains, including Winzter, Slottio, Prive, Palm, Gxmble, Jinx, Wildzy and Luckzie. The Exceptiosoft licence covers a similar list plus Chanze.
We researched two of these brands in depth last month:
- Chanze: a real Anjouan licence and a Casino Guru Safety Index of 6.1 out of 10.
- Winzter: a Casino Guru Safety Index of just 3.3 out of 10, and player reports of counterfeit (fake) versions of well-known slots.
That doesn’t prove anything about Lucki’s own games. Each brand can be run differently. But it does tell you the group behind Lucki includes a casino where players report fake games, under the same licence, and that the operator’s quality control can’t be taken on trust. If you play at Lucki, stick to games from major studios played inside the provider’s own branded interface, and be wary of unfamiliar copies of popular titles. Our Slottio Casino review covers another brand in the same family.
Complaints and safety rating
Casino Guru rates Lucki 5.2 out of 10 (“Below average”) in its January 2026 review. Of 6 complaints, 4 are unresolved, 1 was resolved and 1 rejected:
- a withdrawal delayed (€950)
- an account closed with winnings withheld (€1,300)
- a withdrawal delayed (€500)
- an account closed (€1,720)
- a payment delayed (€600)
- winnings confiscated (£200)
Four unresolved out of six is a high proportion, and two of them involve accounts closed with money still in them. Casino Guru also flags these terms:
- Bonus winnings must be withdrawn immediately after meeting the wagering requirement, or further winnings can be capped.
- Playing restricted games during wagering can forfeit the bonus balance.
- “Common bonus hunting strategies” can count as a serious violation.
If a dispute comes up, you can’t escalate to an independent ADR body. Keep records, and see our guide on whether you can sue a casino for not paying out.
Pros
- Real Anjouan licence, listed on the regulator’s register
- Large welcome package with relatively low 25x wagering (at our last review)
- Big game library, live casino and sportsbook
- Crypto and e-wallet payments
Cons
- Previously promoted with a “Costa Rica licence”, which doesn’t exist
- Anjouan licence: no independent ADR, no compensation fund
- Shares its licences with Winzter, where players report counterfeit games
- 4 of 6 complaints unresolved, including two account closures with money withheld
- Withdrawals capped at €1,000 a day and €2,000 a week
- Bonus winnings must be withdrawn immediately or risk a cap
- Casino Guru Safety Index of 5.2/10 (“Below average”)
- Not available in Sweden
Withdrawal limits: the biggest practical problem
According to Casino Guru, Lucki limits withdrawals to €1,000 per day and €2,000 per week, with a win limit of €100,000 in net winnings per day.
| Win | Time to withdraw at €2,000 a week |
|---|---|
| €2,000 | 1 week |
| €5,000 | 3 weeks |
| €10,000 | 5 weeks |
| €20,000 | 10 weeks |
That’s one of the tightest caps we’ve seen, and it clashes with the size of the welcome package: you could clear a €5,000 bonus and then wait months to get your winnings out. Our previous review listed a €50 minimum withdrawal and same-day payouts, which don’t help if the weekly cap is the bottleneck. If you play for high stakes, see casinos with no withdrawal limits and fast payout casinos.
The welcome package
Lucki’s website wasn’t accessible from any location we tried, so these terms are from our previous review (March 2025). Check the current offer in your account.
| Deposit | Match | Maximum bonus | Deposit needed for maximum |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 200% | €500 | €250 |
| 2nd | 100% | €2,500 | €2,500 |
| 3rd | 150% | €2,000 | about €1,333 |
| Total | €5,000 | about €4,083 |
The wagering was 25x the bonus, lower than most offshore offers. On a €100 first deposit with a €200 bonus, that’s €5,000 in bets, costing about €200 on average at 96% RTP: roughly break-even. Clearing the full €5,000 package means €125,000 in bets. Our previous review didn’t record a time limit or maximum bet, so check both before you accept.
Even at break-even, remember the €2,000 weekly withdrawal cap, and the rule that bonus winnings must be withdrawn straight after wagering or risk being capped. Our wagering requirements guide and bonus abuse explainer explain how these terms catch players out. For simpler offers, see no-wagering bonuses.
Other casinos in the same licence group
Slottio Casino shares Lucki’s Anjouan licence holder. Apply the same checks before playing at any brand in this group: confirm the licence on the regulator’s register, read the withdrawal limits and stick to games from major studios.
Games and payments
Our previous review recorded 5,000+ games, a live casino and a sportsbook, with Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard, AstroPay, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin and Ethereum. The minimum deposit was €25.
Given the sister-brand findings, we’d suggest sticking to established studios’ games. For guides to payment methods mentioned here, see Paysafecard, Skrill, AstroPay and Bitcoin casinos.
Who should avoid Lucki
Most players have better options. Avoid Lucki in particular if you:
- plan to take the full welcome package, since the weekly cap makes large wins slow to collect
- want a regulator with real teeth behind the casino
- play popular slots and want certainty you’re playing the genuine version
- live in Sweden or another market Lucki excludes
For casinos with stronger licences, start with our MGA casinos and Kahnawake casinos pages.
Summary
Lucki holds a genuine Anjouan licence, which is more than some casinos we’ve reviewed can say, and its welcome package has unusually low wagering. But the licence is light-touch, it’s shared with a sister casino where players report counterfeit games, and four of six complaints are unresolved. The withdrawal cap of €2,000 a week makes the large bonus far less useful than it looks. We no longer recommend Lucki. Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos. FAQ: Lucki Casino
It’s licensed, but we don’t recommend it. Lucki holds an Anjouan licence listed on the regulator’s register, but Casino Guru rates its safety 5.2/10, four of its six complaints are unresolved, and withdrawals are capped at €2,000 a week.
No. Costa Rica doesn’t issue online gambling licences. Lucki’s licence is from Anjouan.
The Anjouan register lists Rabocse SRL for lucki.casino (licence ALSI-202412035-FI2) and Exceptiosoft LTD for luckicasino.io (licence ALSI-202606020-FI1).
Brands on the same licences include Winzter, Chanze, Slottio, Prive, Palm, Gxmble, Jinx, Wildzy, Gamblii and Luckzie.
Winzter shares Lucki’s licence, and players there report counterfeit versions of well-known slots, with a Casino Guru Safety Index of 3.3/10. It doesn’t prove a problem at Lucki, but it’s a reason for caution.
€1,000 per day and €2,000 per week, according to Casino Guru, with a €100,000 daily net win limit.
At our last review, up to €5,000 over three deposits (200% up to €500, 100% up to €2,500, 150% up to €2,000) with 25x wagering on the bonus. Check the current offer before you deposit.
No. Lucki doesn’t accept players from Sweden.
