JettBet Casino Review 2026: Valid Curaçao Licence, Very Low Safety Score
JettBet is a casino and sportsbook with thousands of slots, a big four-deposit welcome package and crypto payments. It’s run by Fortuna Games N.V., which holds a full Curaçao Gaming Authority licence we confirmed on the regulator’s register. The licence is the good news. The rest is not: Casino Guru gives JettBet a Safety Index of 0.9 out of 10 (“Very low”), citing serious fairness problems in its terms and a very high value of withheld winnings in player complaints. Withdrawals are capped at €500 a day, and the site itself didn’t show its licence or operator anywhere we could find.
Our verdict: not recommended. A real licence, but the complaint record, the terms and the low limits all point the wrong way.

Who runs JettBet, and is it licensed?
Yes, by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Our previous review named Fortuna Games N.V. and licence OGL/2024/112/0974, and both check out. The authority’s online gaming register, dated 2 October 2026, lists Fortuna Games N.V. under that number with an issue date of 24 December 2025 and the status “Indefinite”, meaning a full licence with no fixed expiry. Casino Guru also lists Fortuna Games N.V. as the owner and the Curaçao Gaming Authority as the licensing body.
What’s odd is that JettBet doesn’t say so itself. When we checked, the site had no footer, licence number, operator name or regulator’s seal anywhere in the pages we could load, and its terms weren’t available as a page. A licensed Curaçao casino normally shows its company and licence number, with a link to the regulator’s validation page. Check the cashier and registration pages for the terms before you deposit.
A Curaçao licence under the new system is a real step up from the old sublicences, but it still offers less than an EU licence. There’s no independent dispute service named, and complaints go to the casino first and then to the Curaçao authority. Our old review called JettBet “VPN friendly”. We’ve removed that. Using a VPN to play from a country a casino doesn’t accept usually breaks its terms, and it’s one of the most common reasons for winnings being confiscated.
Track record: Casino Guru strongly advises against it
Casino Guru rates JettBet 0.9 out of 10 (“Very low”) and writes that it “strongly urge[s] players to refrain” from using it. It gives two main reasons: serious issues with the fairness of the terms, and a very high value of withheld winnings in complaints for a casino of JettBet’s size. JettBet isn’t on any major blacklist.
Casino Guru’s complaints tab lists 22 cases: 9 resolved and 13 rejected, with none currently open. Rejected doesn’t always mean the casino was right, but the pattern is what matters. The cases include:
- winnings confiscated (€7,000, and a second case of C$802)
- an account closed without explanation (€4,529)
- an account left open despite a closure request (£1,200)
- a player struggling to close their account (€5,000)
- account limits not respected (7,800 kr)
- withdrawals delayed over verification
- a promotion the player found misleading (NZ$1,300)

€500 a day is very low. A €5,000 win takes ten days to withdraw, and a €20,000 win takes two months because of the monthly cap. Our previous review promised withdrawals “in 1 hour to 24 hours”. Given these limits and the verification complaints, we can’t repeat that. Casino Guru also flags a rule that lets JettBet void the balance of an account left inactive for less than a year; withdraw your money rather than leaving it there.

Put the first bonus into numbers. Deposit €100, get €200, and you have to bet €9,000 in ten days. At 96% RTP that costs about €360 on average, more than the bonus is worth once the €500 daily withdrawal cap is added.
