Lucky Heroes Casino: Closed Since 2024
Lucky Heroes was a quest-themed casino where players picked a knight, mage or archer, completed missions in the fantasy land of “Valoria” and swapped coins for bonuses in a “Bonus Bazaar”. It no longer exists. Casino Guru lists Lucky Heroes as closed since May 2024, and when we checked in October 2026 the website no longer loaded at all. This page replaces our earlier review, which still described the casino as open.
Lucky Heroes is closed. You can’t sign up or play there, and any offer you see advertised under its name isn’t from Lucky Heroes.
What happened to Lucky Heroes
| Status | Closed (Casino Guru: “05/2024 Casino closed”) |
| Website | luckyheroes.com no longer resolves (checked 6 October 2026) |
| Operator (Casino Guru) | Listed as “Radibi N.V.”, which appears to be Rabidi N.V. |
| Licence while open | Curaçao, under the Antillephone master licence |
| Complaints (Casino Guru) | 4: 2 resolved, 2 rejected |
| User feedback (Casino Guru) | “Bad” (10 reviews) |
Casino Guru records the closure in May 2024 and names the operator as “Radibi N.V.”, almost certainly the Curaçao company Rabidi N.V., whose casinos used the same gamified style. A month later, the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s enforcement register lists Rabidi’s licence as revoked, effective 11 June 2024. Several of Rabidi’s other brands carried on under successor companies, often without a licence we could verify; our guide to Rabidi N.V. casinos covers what happened to them, including QuickWin, Casombie and Excitewin.
Its record while it was open
Casino Guru’s complaints tab lists four cases, two resolved and two rejected:
- a withdrawal stuck after the player asked to self-exclude (350,000 CLP)
- withdrawal problems after documents were repeatedly rejected (€5,000)
- a withdrawal delayed by blocked verification (€1,500)
- a player who couldn’t close their account (€80)
User feedback on Casino Guru was “Bad”, with players describing slow withdrawals and weak responsible-gambling tools. Our previous review was more positive than this record supported, which is another reason we’ve replaced it.
If you had an account at Lucky Heroes
The site is gone, so the casino’s own support can no longer help. If you believe you were owed money when it closed:
- gather any emails, transaction records and screenshots you still have
- contact your payment provider; card and some e-wallet payments may be disputable, while crypto usually isn’t
- file a complaint with an independent complaints service such as Casino Guru, which tracks closed casinos
Realistically, recovering funds from a closed offshore casino is difficult. See our guide on whether you can sue a casino for not paying out.

If you liked Lucky Heroes for its quests and rewards, look for a licensed casino with a loyalty programme, and check the licence on the regulator’s own register before you deposit. FAQ: Lucky Heroes Casino
No. Casino Guru lists it as closed since May 2024, and its website no longer loads.
Casino Guru lists the operator as “Radibi N.V.”, which appears to be Rabidi N.V., a Curaçao company whose licence was revoked in June 2024.
While it operated, it held a Curaçao licence under the Antillephone master licence. That licence system has since been replaced, and Rabidi’s own licence was revoked.
It’s difficult. Contact your payment provider and an independent complaints service with any records you have; there’s no casino support left to deal with.
No. Any bonus advertised under the Lucky Heroes name today isn’t from the original casino.
Its sister brands from the Rabidi group still operate under other companies, but we don’t recommend them; see our Rabidi N.V. guide. For safer options, start with our MGA casinos and new casinos pages.
