Excitewin Casino

Excitewin is a casino and sportsbook from the former Rabidi N.V. network, with a big game library, horse racing, virtual sports and a long list of payment methods. Its record on payouts is genuinely good: Casino Guru rates it 8.8 out of 10 (“High”), finds no unfair terms, and none of its 48 complaints are unresolved. The problem is paperwork. Our previous review listed “Curacao eGaming”, Rabidi N.V.’s licence was revoked in 2024, and today neither Excitewin’s site nor Casino Guru can point to any licence at all. Withdrawals also start at €500 a day.

Our verdict: proceed with caution, not one of our recommendations. It pays reliably, but there’s no licence or named operator behind it, and the limits are low.

Who runs Excitewin, and is it licensed?

Excitewin launched in 2021 under Rabidi N.V., the Curaçao company behind QuickWin, Casombie and several other brands. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s enforcement register lists Rabidi’s licence OGL/2023/103/0067 as revoked, effective 11 June 2024, and its brands then moved through successor companies. Today, Excitewin’s own site names nobody. Its footer shows only “© ExciteWin.com”, and its General Terms (version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026) refer only to “the company operating the Website”. That’s word for word the same document used by QuickWin, Casombie, KinBet, Casino Infinity and Joker8. Casino Guru’s September 2026 review says that, to its knowledge, Excitewin “has not been granted any official gambling license”.

Track record: better than the licence suggests

Casino Guru rates Excitewin 8.8 out of 10 (“High”), with “Mixed” user feedback from 16 reviews. It found no unfair or predatory clauses in the terms. Of 48 complaints, 30 were resolved, 17 rejected and 1 is open; none are unresolved. That’s one of the better records in this network.

Most complaints are about delays: a withdrawal held up for seven weeks, slow verification, and payments of around €1,000. One player disputed a cashback calculation (€405). The case we’d highlight is about responsible gambling:

• an account-closure request ignored (€6,900)

We checked Excitewin’s welcome-bonus terms on its site in October 2026:

• 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins, from a €20 deposit
• free spins paid as 20 a day for 10 days
• 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, 40x on free-spin winnings
• 10 days to complete wagering
• a €100 maximum bet while wagering
• deposits made with Skrill or Neteller don’t qualify

On a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus, that’s €7,000 in bets in ten days, costing about €280 on average at 96% RTP.
