Sugarino Casino Review 2026: MGA-Licensed, Slot-First and Fairly Run

Sugarino is a candy-themed, slot-focused casino that launched in 2025, and it’s one of the better-run newer sites we’ve reviewed this year. Its operator is named, its Malta Gaming Authority licence is stated plainly, its terms are fairer than most offshore casinos’ (withdrawal limits of €5,000 a day, a 25x welcome wagering requirement and free spins with no wagering), and independent complaint records are clean so far. It isn’t perfect: the welcome package is spread over six deposits, bonus winnings are capped, and it’s a thin choice if you mainly play live tables. But it’s a casino we’re comfortable describing as a reasonable option for slot players outside regulated markets.

Our verdict: a solid, slot-first MGA casino with fair terms. Best for slot players who want a regulated EU licence and don’t need a big live casino.

Sugarino’s footer states that it’s operated by Elmst Limited, a company incorporated in Malta (registration C98783), registered in Floriana, and licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence MGA/B2C/1055/2024, issued on 18 December 2024. The same operator, company number and licence appear consistently across Sugarino’s terms and independent sources, and the licence covers both casino and betting services.

An MGA licence is one of the strongest available outside national markets. It means a named regulator, an independent dispute-resolution route, rules on keeping player funds separate, and regular audits. That puts Sugarino in a different league from many of the Curaçao, Anjouan and unlicensed casinos we’ve reviewed recently. One limit to know: an MGA licence doesn’t replace a national licence. Sugarino holds no Swedish, UK or Dutch licence, so players there would lose protections such as Spelpaus, GamStop or Cruks. In Sweden, winnings from EU-licensed casinos are generally tax-free, but you’d still be outside the Swedish system.

The sister casinos

Sugarino’s own “Sister Casino Sites” page lists Slot Mojo, Reblz, Rich Moose, Spin Sweet, Slot Pony, Slot Squad, Nitro Win and Lucky Fuel, all run by Elmst Limited. That’s useful transparency, and it matters for one practical reason: self-excluding at one Elmst brand may not automatically block you at the others. Bonuses: fair terms, with caps to know

The welcome package

Sugarino’s welcome offer is up to €888 plus 888 free spins across six deposits, with bonus money and free spins alternating between deposits. Our previous review described the free spins as 1 free spin per €1 deposited on the free-spin stages.

The terms that matter, from Sugarino’s bonus terms:

What 25x deposit + bonus means: on a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus, you need €5,000 in bets. At 96% RTP that costs about €200 on average, against a €100 bonus, so the matched bonus is still negative value on average. It’s a lighter requirement than the 35x to 45x we see at most offshore casinos, though, and our earlier review’s figure of 40x is out of date. Weekly cashback

Withdrawals: some of the fairest limits in this segment

Compare that with casinos we’ve reviewed recently that cap withdrawals at €500 a day or €2,000 a week, or start charging 10% a month after three months of inactivity. Sugarino’s limits are among the most reasonable we’ve seen in this segment. A €20,000 win can be withdrawn in a month. Summary

Sugarino does the important things right. It names its operator, holds a genuine MGA licence, lists its sister sites, and sets withdrawal limits and inactivity rules that are fair by any standard. The trade-offs are a welcome package split across six deposits, conversion caps on bonus winnings and a modest live casino.
