Rich Moose Casino Review 2026: Verified MGA Licence, a Bonus That Runs Out in 48 Hours
Rich Moose is a winter-themed slots and live casino that launched in 2025, run by a Malta company under a Malta Gaming Authority licence we’ve confirmed on the regulator’s own register. Casino Guru rates it 8.2 out of 10 (“High”) with no complaints against it so far, withdrawal limits are fair, and disputes can go to an independent body. The weak spot is the welcome package: 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus, to be completed within 48 hours. Take the free spins, which carry no wagering, and think twice about the deposit matches.
Our verdict: a solid, properly licensed casino. Recommended for players who want an MGA casino with fast bank payouts. Not one for bonus hunters.

Who runs Rich Moose, and is it licensed?
Yes, by the Malta Gaming Authority, and we’ve checked. Rich Moose’s footer names Elmst Limited, a Maltese company (registration C98783) based in Floriana, and licence MGA/B2C/1055/2024, issued on 18 December 2024. On 6 October 2026 the MGA’s licensee register listed Elmst Limited under that number for Type 1 and Type 2 gaming services, which cover casino games and live tables. The MGA’s separate URL checker lists www.richmoose.com under the same company, so the licence is tied to this exact site. We found no entry for Elmst on the MGA’s enforcement register.
That’s a rarer combination than it should be. Many casinos we’ve reviewed this year show a licence that has since been revoked, or name no operator at all. Here the company, licence number and domain all match on the regulator’s own tools.
An MGA licence also means there’s somewhere to go if a payout is refused. Rich Moose’s terms commit to answering complaints within 10 working days. If that doesn’t settle it, you can take the case to eCOGRA, the casino’s appointed independent dispute service, or to the MGA. See our guide to MGA casinos and whether you can sue a casino for not paying out.
An MGA licence still isn’t a national licence. If you live in a country with its own licensing system, such as Sweden, Germany or the Netherlands, a locally licensed casino keeps national protections like a central self-exclusion register.
Track record: clean so far, but part of a big group
Casino Guru rates Rich Moose 8.2 out of 10 (“High”) and has no complaints about it. Its review notes 18 complaints about related casinos, and counts Rich Moose as connected to 48 other sites. Rich Moose itself lists eight sister casinos on its own “sister sites” page, including Sugarino.
Casino Guru found only minor issues in the terms:
- playing restricted games while wagering can forfeit the bonus
- “low-risk play” during wagering can lead to winnings being confiscated
- some betting techniques are detected and treated as breaches
All three only matter if you play with a bonus. Without one, the main rules are the withdrawal limits below.
Withdrawals and account rules
| Minimum withdrawal | €20 |
| Limit per 24 hours | €5,000 |
| Limit per 30 days | €20,000 |
| Instant bank transfer | Processed the same working day; usually received within one working day (selected regions) |
| Dormant account | After 30 months without activity; €5 fee, with 30 days’ notice |

Instant bank transfer is the method to use where it’s offered. Rich Moose says these withdrawals are processed on the same working day and usually reach you within one working day; weekends and holidays can add time. Other methods take longer. The limits are reasonable for an MGA casino: €20,000 a month means a €50,000 win takes three months to withdraw. Expect normal MGA identity checks before your first withdrawal; see why casinos verify your account.
The payment list is short: instant bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Jeton and Revolut, plus more by country (Casino Guru counts 21). E-wallet deposits such as Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard don’t qualify for casino bonuses. See our guides to fast payout casinos, Trustly casinos, Apple Pay casinos and Revolut casinos.
The welcome package: take the spins, think about the matches
Rich Moose’s welcome package is worth up to €1,100 plus 700 free spins over five deposits of at least €20 each:
| Deposit | Offer | What you need to deposit for the maximum |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% up to €250 | €250 |
| 2nd | 1 free spin per €1, up to 300 on Templar Tumble | €300 |
| 3rd | 50% up to €350 | €700 |
| 4th | 1 free spin per €1, up to 400 on Dead Man’s Trail | €400 |
| 5th | 50% up to €500 | €1,000 |
The free spins are the good part. They carry no wagering, are worth €0.10 each and pay out up to €1,000 per stage. A €100 deposit at the second stage gets you 100 spins worth €10, with whatever they win paid as cash. You have 24 hours to claim them and seven days to use them.
The deposit matches are much harder. The rules:
- 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus
- 48 hours from claiming the bonus to finish wagering
- a €5 maximum bet
- live casino and table games don’t count
- you can convert at most 5x the bonus into cash
Put that into numbers. Deposit €100 at the first stage, get €100, and you have to bet €8,000 in two days. At the €5 maximum that’s at least 1,600 spins. At 96% RTP the expected cost is around €320, more than three times the bonus. Unless you play long sessions anyway, decline the matches and take the spins. Note that the first deposit bonus is switched on automatically when you register, so turn it off in the Bonuses tab before your first deposit if you don’t want it. The later bonuses are opt-in.
Rich Moose also pays 5% weekly cashback to all players, up to 15% depending on loyalty rank in some countries, with 1x wagering. When we checked from Finland, the welcome terms said Finnish residents were excluded from the offer, so check what’s shown to you. See our wagering requirements guide, no-wagering bonuses and cashback casinos.
Games
Rich Moose concentrates on slots and live casino, with no sportsbook. Our previous review recorded more than 4,000 games, with studios including Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming, and a live casino. The Super Spin loyalty programme pays XP and SpinCoin that you can exchange for prizes. See our guides to online slots, live dealer casinos and Hacksaw Gaming casinos.

Who is Rich Moose best for?
Players who want a properly licensed casino with fast bank payouts. If you play slots without a bonus and use instant bank transfer, Rich Moose offers what matters most: a verified EU licence, a dispute route and quick withdrawals.
Less suited to: bonus hunters, players who want to clear a deposit match at a relaxed pace, sports bettors, and anyone in a country with a national licensing system. For alternatives, see our Pay N Play casinos and new casinos.
Summary
Rich Moose gets the fundamentals right. Elmst Limited’s MGA licence is confirmed on the regulator’s own register, the site is listed in the MGA’s URL checker, complaints can go to eCOGRA, and Casino Guru rates it 8.2 out of 10 with no complaints against it. Withdrawal limits of €5,000 a day and €20,000 a month are fair, and instant bank transfers are quick. The welcome deposit matches are the catch: 40x deposit plus bonus in 48 hours is a lot of play, and the 5x conversion cap limits the upside. Take the wager-free free spins and skip the matches, and Rich Moose is one of the more trustworthy new casinos we’ve reviewed. Our review policy explains how we assess casinos.
