Wino Casino Review 2026: Very Low Safety Score, Unpaid Complaints and a “Closed” Warning
Wino launched in 2025 with one of the biggest headline offers we’ve seen, 600% up to €10,000, and our previous review rated it 4.8 out of 5. We can’t stand by that rating. Casino Guru now gives Wino a Safety Index of 2.2 out of 10 (“Very low”), lists it as closed, and has logged 16 complaints with none resolved, including unpaid withdrawals of £41,000 and confiscated winnings of £10,000. The site at wino.casino still loads, and its domain is covered by a valid Anjouan licence, but its own terms don’t name the company you’d be dealing with.
Our verdict: avoid. No resolved complaints, accounts closed with money in them, and a “permanent” account closure that only lasts 30 days.

Who runs Wino, and is it licensed?
Our previous review named the operator as “GROUP GAEM B.V.” and the licence as “Costa Rica”. Neither holds up. Costa Rica doesn’t license online casinos: companies can register there, but no Costa Rican regulator issues gambling licences. We found the same false claim on our old Lucki Casino page.
Wino’s own site doesn’t help. Its footer shows only “© 2026 Wino”, and its Terms and Conditions refer to “the Company” without ever naming it.
The Anjouan Gaming Authority’s public register does list wino.casino, under Softon Ltd, licence ALSI-202409012-FI1, valid from 7 September 2024 to 6 September 2027. The same licence covers nine other domains, including Betzter, Mad Casino, Kingdom Casino, Dracula Casino and Smash Casino. So the domain is licensed, but you’d be signing up with a company the site never names, under one of the lightest-touch licences in the market. There’s no independent dispute service behind an Anjouan licence. See our guides to Curaçao casinos, MGA casinos and Kahnawake casinos for comparison.
Our previous review called Slottio and Lucki sister sites. Wino runs on the same platform with near-identical terms, but its licence belongs to a different company from theirs (Rabocse SRL and Exceptiosoft LTD).
Casino Guru lists Wino as closed
Casino Guru’s September 2026 review shows a “Casino closed” notice: “Wino Casino has been closed and no longer operates.” Yet wino.casino still loaded for us in October 2026, with its promotions and sign-up page live. We can’t tell whether Wino has relaunched, is winding down, or Casino Guru’s status is out of date. Either way, a casino that a major complaint site lists as closed, while its site still takes sign-ups, is not one to deposit at.
The complaint record
Casino Guru has logged 16 complaints. Nine are unresolved and none were resolved; the other seven were rejected. The ones that stand out:
- an account closed and withdrawals unpaid: £41,000
- winnings confiscated: £10,000
- an account closed without reason: 50,000 kr
- an account closed and winnings confiscated: €990
- a withdrawal reduced over unclear bonus conditions: €1,100
- winnings confiscated over a deposit error: €200
- delayed or unapproved withdrawals: €427, €140
- accounts closed: €440, €250
The pattern is accounts closed with money in them. Casino Guru rates the complaint ratio “Very bad”. If something goes wrong at Wino, there’s no regulator-backed dispute service to turn to; see our guide on whether you can sue a casino for not paying out.
The terms that matter
We read Wino’s Terms and Conditions in October 2026. Four clauses stand out:
- A “permanent” account closure lasts 30 days. Clause 3.5.2 says that when you request a permanent closure, the closure period is 30 days, after which you can ask to reactivate the account. If you’re closing an account because gambling is becoming a problem, that’s not permanent. Use the separate self-exclusion option and a national scheme, and see our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and getting help to stop gambling.
- Deposit-bonus winnings are capped at 25 times the bonus. On a €500 bonus, the most you can win and withdraw from it is €12,500. Sports bonuses and no-deposit offers are capped at 10 times the bonus.
- Winnings are capped at €100,000 a day, across all bets and bonuses.
- Using a VPN is banned, and players from restricted countries (including the UK, the US, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden) may not play.

The welcome bonus
Wino’s site advertises a slots package of 600% up to €10,000, a sports package of 300% up to €3,000 and cashback of up to 20%. Our previous review recorded the slots package as five deposits:
| Deposit | Match | Maximum bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 200% | €500 |
| 2nd | 100% | €1,500 |
| 3rd | 100% | €3,000 |
| 4th | 50% | €2,000 |
| 5th | 150% | €3,000 |
| Total | €10,000 |
Our previous review recorded 25x wagering. The detailed bonus rules weren’t visible to us without an account, so check the wagering base, maximum bet and time limit in the cashier. As a guide, 25x on a €500 bonus means €12,500 in bets, costing about €500 on average at 96% RTP, and the 25x win cap then limits what you can take out. With nine unresolved complaints and several about bonus conditions, we’d skip this offer. See our wagering requirements guide and no-wagering bonuses.
Games and payments
Our previous review recorded more than 6,300 games from providers including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Microgaming and Evolution, plus a sportsbook, crash games and a “Predictions” section. Payments included instant banking, Visa, Mastercard and crypto, with a €25 minimum deposit and a €50 minimum withdrawal. None of this matters much given the complaint record. If you want a casino that pays reliably, start with our list of new casinos and check each one’s licence.
Summary
Wino’s big bonus and slick platform don’t make up for its record. Casino Guru rates it 2.2 out of 10, lists it as closed, and has logged 16 complaints without a single resolution, several involving closed accounts and unpaid money. The domain is on Anjouan’s register under Softon Ltd, but the site itself names no operator, and its “permanent” account closure lasts 30 days. We don’t recommend Wino. Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos.

Gambling is for adults 18+. Treat it as entertainment, not income.
We don’t recommend it. Casino Guru rates it 2.2/10, lists it as closed, and none of its 16 complaints have been resolved.
Casino Guru says Wino “has been closed and no longer operates”, but wino.casino was still online and taking sign-ups when we checked in October 2026. Don’t deposit until the situation is clear.
The site doesn’t say. Anjouan’s register lists wino.casino under Softon Ltd. Our previous review’s “GROUP GAEM B.V.” couldn’t be confirmed.
Anjouan Gaming licence ALSI-202409012-FI1, held by Softon Ltd and valid until September 2027. Wino does not have a Costa Rica licence; Costa Rica doesn’t issue them.
A slots package of 600% up to €10,000 over five deposits, with 25x wagering at our previous review. Winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at 25 times the bonus.
Wino’s terms say a “permanent” closure lasts 30 days, after which the account can be reactivated. If you need a lasting block, use self-exclusion and a national scheme.
It runs on the same platform with near-identical terms, but its Anjouan licence is held by a different company, Softon Ltd.
No. Sweden is on Wino’s list of restricted countries.
