CasinoJoy Review 2026: A Relaunched Name, a Very Low Safety Score

CasinoJoy is a familiar name with a new owner. Our previous review noted that the original CasinoJoy, run by Genesis, closed in 2023. Today’s site at casinojoy.cash is a relaunch on the same platform as JettBet, with the same four-deposit welcome package and the same €500 daily withdrawal limit. Casino Guru rates it 1.8 out of 10 (“Very low”), its terms name no company, and when we visited from a country it blocks, the site told us to “use a VPN” to get in.

Our verdict: not recommended. The brand is old, but the operator is unclear, the limits are low and the complaint record is poor.

Who runs CasinoJoy, and is it licensed?

CasinoJoy doesn’t say. Its footer shows only “2026 © casinojoy.cash”, the About Us page names no company, and the Terms and Conditions (version 1.1, published 16 February 2024) refer only to “the Company”. The terms do say that complaint statistics are reported to the Curaçao Gaming Authority and that Curaçao law applies, and Casino Guru lists a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, without naming the holder.

Our previous review named Fortuna Games N.V. and licence OGL/2024/112/0974. That licence is real: when we checked the Curaçao register for our JettBet review, it was listed for Fortuna Games N.V. with the status “Indefinite”. CasinoJoy runs on the same platform with the same terms structure, limits and bonuses, so the link is likely. But the register lists companies, not websites, and CasinoJoy’s own pages never name the company, so we can’t confirm that this licence covers casinojoy.cash.

When we visited from Malta, the site blocked us with “Please use a VPN to access this domain.” That’s a casino telling visitors from a country it doesn’t serve to get around its own block. JettBet, on the same platform, simply says it doesn’t accept visitors from your country. Our old review listed “VPN is allowed” as a plus. It isn’t one: playing from a country a casino excludes usually breaks its terms, and it’s one of the most common reasons for winnings being confiscated. See our guide to Curaçao casinos for what a properly displayed licence looks like.

Track record: Casino Guru rates it “Very low”

Casino Guru rates CasinoJoy 1.8 out of 10 (“Very low”). It counts 27,448 black points against it, about half of them from its own complaints and the rest from related casinos. Its complaints tab lists 12 cases: 1 unresolved, 3 resolved and 8 rejected. They include:

  • a withdrawal reduced (€8,000)
  • winnings confiscated (€200), and winnings capped by bonus terms (€500)
  • a self-exclusion that failed (€1,648)
  • an account not closed as requested (£1,000)
  • an account closed without justification (€380)
  • delayed and missing withdrawals (€1,000, €400, £649)

Casino Guru also flags two terms as unfair. Bonus winnings must be withdrawn as soon as wagering is complete, or later winnings can be capped. And balances can be voided after a period of inactivity. CasinoJoy’s own terms go further: after 12 months without use, the casino can delete the account and confiscate any remaining funds.

Two of the cases are about players trying to stop. If you need to, use a national self-exclusion scheme as well; see our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and getting help to stop gambling.

Withdrawals and account rules

Minimum withdrawal €20
Per transaction €500
Per 24 hours €500
Per week €3,500
Per month €15,000
Pending withdrawals One at a time
Inactive accounts Deletion after 12 months; remaining funds confiscated

Source: CasinoJoy’s Terms and Conditions (version 1.1), October 2026.

€500 per withdrawal and per day is very low. A €5,000 win takes ten days to withdraw, and a €20,000 win takes two months because of the €15,000 monthly cap. Withdraw winnings promptly, both because of the inactivity rule and because of the bonus-winnings cap Casino Guru describes.

The terms do include a complaints procedure with fixed response times: responsible-gambling complaints within five business days, others within four weeks. If you’re not satisfied, you can go to a free alternative dispute resolution service, which the terms list only as an email address. See why casinos verify your account, casinos with no withdrawal limits and fast payout casinos.

Our previous review listed a long payment menu, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Revolut and more than 20 cryptocurrencies. See our guides to Bitcoin casinos and altcoin casinos.

Bonuses

When we checked, CasinoJoy’s promotions page listed the same structure as JettBet’s:

Deposit Offer Minimum deposit
1st 200% up to €1,000 + 100 free spins on Super Sweets €20
1st (high roller) 200% up to €3,000 + 200 free spins €100
2nd to 4th Further matches up to €1,000 each, plus free spins €50
Total Up to €6,000 + 425 free spins

The first-deposit rules:

  • 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus (our previous review recorded 40x for the high roller offer)
  • 40x on free-spin winnings
  • 10 days to complete wagering
  • a €5 maximum bet
  • only slots count; table games and video poker count 0%
  • requesting a withdrawal cancels any bonus you haven’t activated yet

A €100 deposit with a €200 bonus means €9,000 in bets in ten days, costing about €360 on average at 96% RTP. Add the €500 daily withdrawal cap and the rule capping winnings you don’t withdraw straight away, and the bonus isn’t worth taking. CasinoJoy also lists weekly cashback of up to 25%, a sports bonus of 100% up to €300 and a daily bonus map. See our wagering requirements guide and no-wagering bonuses.

Games and sister sites

CasinoJoy advertises more than 9,000 games, with slots from studios such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming and Thunderkick, live casino from Evolution, crash games and a sportsbook. Our previous review listed JettBet, Rollino and Palm Slots as sister casinos. See our JettBet review and our guides to online slots and live dealer casinos.

Pros and cons

A big lobby and a proper complaints procedure on one side; an anonymous operator and a very poor safety record on the other.

Pros

  • Very large game library, with live casino and sportsbook
  • Wide payment menu, including crypto
  • Complaints procedure with fixed response times and a free dispute service

Cons

  • Casino Guru Safety Index of 1.8/10 ("Very low")
  • No company or licence number shown anywhere on the site
  • Tells visitors from blocked countries to "use a VPN"
  • Withdrawals capped at €500 per transaction and per day
  • Funds confiscated from accounts inactive for 12 months
  • Complaints include a reduced €8,000 withdrawal and a failed self-exclusion

Summary

CasinoJoy trades on a name players may remember, but the current site gives little reason for trust. It names no company or licence, Casino Guru rates it 1.8 out of 10, withdrawals are capped at €500 a day, and its terms let it confiscate funds from accounts left unused for a year. Telling blocked visitors to use a VPN is the clearest warning sign of all. We can’t recommend it. Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos, and our list of new casinos has alternatives.

FAQ: CasinoJoy

We can’t recommend it. The site names no company or licence number, and Casino Guru rates it 1.8/10 (“Very low”).

The site doesn’t say. Our previous review named Fortuna Games N.V., which also runs JettBet, and the two sites share the same platform, terms and limits.

No. Our previous review noted that the original CasinoJoy, run by Genesis, closed in 2023. The current site is a relaunch under different management.

€500 per transaction and per day, €3,500 per week and €15,000 per month, with a €20 minimum.

Up to €6,000 plus 425 free spins over four deposits, with 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus, 10 days and a €5 maximum bet.

Its block page tells visitors to use one, but we strongly advise against it. Playing from a country a casino excludes usually breaks its terms and can lead to winnings being confiscated.

After 12 months of inactivity, CasinoJoy’s terms let it delete the account and confiscate any remaining funds. Withdraw your balance before you stop.

Yes. Both run on the same platform with the same welcome package, limits and terms structure, and our previous review named the same operator for both.
