Joker8 Casino Review 2026: Disputed Licence, Self-Exclusion Failures

Joker8 has the things that sell a casino on first sight: close to 7,000 games, a sportsbook, gamification and fast e-wallet payouts. It’s also part of the former Rabidi N.V. network, alongside QuickWin and Casombie, and it shares their problems. Its original operator’s Curaçao licence was revoked in 2024, the Anjouan licence Casino Guru now attributes to it isn’t on Anjouan’s public register, and withdrawals are capped at €500 a day. What sets Joker8 apart is a pattern we take seriously: four separate complaints about self-exclusion or account closure requests that weren’t honoured.

Our verdict: not recommended. A disputed licence, low withdrawal limits and a repeated failure to honour requests to stop playing.

The licence: revoked, then disputed

Joker8 was launched by Rabidi N.V., whose Curaçao licence OGL/2023/103/0067 the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s enforcement register lists as revoked, effective 11 June 2024. Our guide to Rabidi N.V. casinos covers what happened next: the brands moved through successor companies to NovaForge Ltd.

Casino Guru’s review (February 2026) says Joker8 is owned by NovaForge Ltd and holds a gambling licence issued by Anjouan Gaming. That’s a step up from sister casinos QuickWin and Casombie, where Casino Guru lists no licence at all. But when we searched the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s public register, which lists 1,540 licences with their holders and domains, we found no entry for joker8.com and none for NovaForge Ltd. Joker8 isn’t on the current Curaçao register or Tobique’s licence list either.

We can’t tell which is right. Casino Guru’s review predates our register check by several months, and an Anjouan licence may have lapsed or been issued under a name we didn’t search. Joker8’s own footer names no company, and its terms (version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026) refer only to “the company operating the Website”, word for word the same as QuickWin, Casombie, FunBet and Casino Infinity. Treat the licence as unconfirmed until you can match the operator in Joker8’s terms to an entry on the regulator’s register. For context, see our guides to Curaçao casinos, MGA casinos and Kahnawake casinos.

Self-exclusion: the pattern that matters

Casino Guru has logged 31 complaints against Joker8: 13 resolved and 18 rejected, with none left unresolved. On payouts, that’s a reasonable record. But user feedback is rated “Bad”, and four of the complaints describe the same failure:

  • a self-exclusion request ignored, with funds then confiscated (C$4,000)
  • an account left open after a self-exclusion request (€300)
  • an account-closure request delayed
  • an account-deactivation request ignored (€600)

One such complaint could be a mistake. Four is a pattern. Self-exclusion and account closure are the most important protections a casino offers, and with no confirmed regulator behind Joker8, nobody independent makes sure they work. If you might need to stop, don’t play here. Use a national self-exclusion scheme, and see our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and getting help to stop gambling.

The other complaints involve delayed withdrawals (€3,900, €1,500, €430, 3,200 zł) and a withdrawal held up by unfinished verification (€500).

Casino Guru also flags these terms:

  1. Bonus winnings must be withdrawn immediately after meeting the wagering requirement, or further winnings can be capped.
  2. “Common bonus hunting strategies” can count as a serious violation.
  3. “Low-risk play” can lead to confiscated winnings (flagged twice).

See what counts as bonus abuse and our guide on whether you can sue a casino for not paying out.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal limits €500 per day, €7,000 per month at the entry VIP level, rising to €1,500 and €20,000 at the top level (Joker8’s terms)
Processing 0 to 3 days; e-wallets fastest (previous review)

These are the same caps we found at QuickWin and Casino Infinity. A €5,000 win takes at least ten days to withdraw, and anything over €7,000 waits until the next month. In our earlier hands-on test, a small withdrawal via Payz arrived in about 30 minutes, so e-wallet speed isn’t the issue; the caps are. See casinos with no withdrawal limits and fast payout casinos.

Payment methods at our previous review included Mastercard, Neosurf, Payz, Flexepin, eZeeWallet, Jeton, MiFinity, MuchBetter and 10+ cryptocurrencies. See our guides to ecoPayz/Payz, MiFinity, Flexepin, eZeeWallet and Bitcoin casinos.

Bonuses

We checked Joker8’s welcome-bonus terms on its own site in October 2026. New players choose between 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins (paid as 20 a day for 10 days) and a 50% bonus up to €1,000. The rules are:

  • 35x deposit + bonus wagering
  • 40x on free-spin winnings
  • 10 days to complete wagering
  • a €100 maximum bet while wagering
  • deposits made with Skrill or Neteller don’t qualify

On a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus, 35x deposit + bonus means €7,000 in bets within ten days, costing about €280 on average at 96% RTP, much more than the bonus. The high €100 bet limit makes it easier to wager quickly, but also to lose quickly. Our wagering requirements guide shows the maths; for simpler offers, see no-wagering bonuses.

Games

Our previous review recorded close to 7,000 games from 60 providers, around 50 exclusives, 100+ live tables from Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech and Skywind (no Evolution), and a sportsbook. See our guides to online slots and live dealer casinos.

Joker8’s sister casinos are former Rabidi brands including Slotexo, Jackpot Frenzy, Kingmaker, Lunubet, Spinanga, Oh My Spins, PowBet, Excitewin, QuickWin and Casombie.

Pros

  • Close to 7,000 games, live casino and sportsbook
  • Fast e-wallet withdrawals in our earlier test
  • No unresolved complaints on Casino Guru
  • Wide range of e-wallets, vouchers and crypto

Cons

  • Four complaints about self-exclusion or closure requests not being honoured
  • Original operator Rabidi N.V.’s Curaçao licence revoked in June 2024
  • Anjouan licence cited by Casino Guru not found on Anjouan’s public register
  • Withdrawals capped at €500 a day and €7,000 a month
  • 35x deposit + bonus wagering in 10 days
  • Casino Guru user feedback rated “Bad”
  • Not available in Sweden and other markets

Summary

Joker8 has the size and speed of a modern offshore casino, and no unresolved complaints on Casino Guru. But it shares the weaknesses of its former Rabidi sister brands: a revoked original licence, an Anjouan licence we couldn’t find on the regulator’s register, and withdrawals capped at €500 a day. Most importantly, four complaints describe self-exclusion or account closure requests that weren’t honoured. We don’t recommend Joker8. Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos.

FAQ: Joker8 Casino

We can’t recommend it. Its original operator’s Curaçao licence was revoked in 2024, the Anjouan licence Casino Guru cites isn’t on Anjouan’s public register, and four complaints involve self-exclusion or closure requests that weren’t honoured.

Casino Guru lists NovaForge Ltd. Joker8 was launched by Rabidi N.V., whose Curaçao licence was revoked in June 2024.

Casino Guru says Joker8 holds an Anjouan licence, but we found no Joker8 or NovaForge entry on the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s public register, the Curaçao register or Tobique’s list.

Four complaints on Casino Guru describe self-exclusion or account closure requests being ignored or delayed, including one where C$4,000 was then confiscated. If you need to stop, use a national scheme and don’t rely on Joker8.

€500 per day and €7,000 per month at the entry VIP level, rising to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month at the top level, according to Joker8’s terms.

35x deposit plus bonus within 10 days, 40x on free-spin winnings and a €100 maximum bet, according to Joker8’s terms (October 2026).

Former Rabidi brands including Slotexo, Jackpot Frenzy, Kingmaker, Lunubet, Spinanga, Oh My Spins, PowBet, Excitewin, QuickWin and Casombie.

No. Joker8 doesn’t accept visitors from Sweden.
