Casino Infinity Review 2026: Big Library, No Licence We Could Find
Casino Infinity offers close to 7,000 games, a sportsbook, daily cashback and a long list of payment methods. Our previous review listed its operator as Rabidi N.V. and its licence as Curaçao. That licence was revoked in June 2024, and we couldn’t find a replacement on either the Curaçao or the Anjouan register. Casino Guru reaches the same conclusion: to its knowledge, Casino Infinity holds no licence from any regulator. Its complaint record is mixed rather than disastrous, but several complaints involve self-exclusion and account closure, the protections that matter most when there’s no regulator to fall back on.
Our verdict: not recommended. No licence we could verify, withdrawals capped at €500 a day, and complaints about self-exclusion not being honoured.

The licence question
Casino Infinity launched under Rabidi N.V., which held Curaçao licence OGL/2023/103/0067. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s enforcement register (14 September 2026 edition) lists that licence as revoked, effective 11 June 2024. The revocation followed a player lawsuit over unpaid winnings, and Rabidi’s brands then moved through a series of successor companies. We cover that history in our guide to Rabidi N.V. casinos.
We then looked for a current licence:
- Curaçao Gaming Authority register (21 September 2026): no Casino Infinity entry.
- Anjouan Gaming Authority register: no entry for casinoinfinity.com.
- Casino Guru (May 2026): “has not been granted a license by any gambling regulatory authority”, to the best of its knowledge.
Casino Infinity’s own site doesn’t fill the gap. Its footer shows only “© CasinoInfinity”, and its General Terms (version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026) refer only to “the company operating the Website”, naming no company and no licence.
This is the same pattern we found at two former Rabidi brands, QuickWin and FunBet. All three have identical withdrawal limits of €500 a day and €7,000 a month, and none has a licence we could confirm. In October 2026 their terms, and those of Joker8 and Casombie, were word for word the same document. For what a verifiable licence looks like, see our guides to MGA casinos, Kahnawake casinos and Curaçao casinos.

Complaints: mixed, with a worrying theme
Casino Guru rates Casino Infinity 6.4 out of 10 (“Below average”) in its May 2026 review, with “Mixed” user feedback from 15 reviews. It estimates revenue at over $1 million, a small to medium-sized casino.
Of 26 complaints, 10 were resolved, 15 rejected and 1 is unresolved. The case list includes:
- a player alleging possible fraud by the casino (€65,000)
- winnings not received (€1,500) and not paid (€100)
- delayed withdrawals (€12,000, €2,500 and €64)
- funds inaccessible (€1,100)
- a self-exclusion request not processed (€800)
- an account-closure request not carried out
- funds confiscated after an account was reopened (€822)
The headline €65,000 case is serious, but most complaints were resolved or rejected, so we wouldn’t call the payout record disastrous. The pattern we’d focus on is responsible gambling: three separate complaints involve self-exclusion or account closure not working as asked. With no regulator behind the casino, there’s nobody independent to make sure those requests are honoured. If you need to stop, use a national scheme where one exists, and see our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and getting help to stop gambling.
Casino Guru also flags these terms:
- Bonus winnings must be withdrawn immediately after wagering is completed, or further winnings can be capped.
- “Common bonus hunting strategies” can count as a serious violation.
- “Low-risk play” can lead to confiscated winnings (flagged twice).
See our explainer on what counts as bonus abuse and our guide on whether you can sue a casino for not paying out.
Bonuses
We checked Casino Infinity’s welcome package on its own site in October 2026. It’s spread over four deposits:
- 1st deposit: 100% up to €1,000 + 200 free spins
- 2nd deposit: 75% up to €500
- 3rd deposit: 50% up to €500 + 50 free spins
- 4th deposit: 25% up to €1,000 + 100 free spins
- Total: up to €3,000 + 350 free spins, from a €20 minimum deposit
The rules: 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, 40x on free-spin winnings, 10 days to complete each stage and a €100 maximum bet. Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller don’t qualify. On a €100 first deposit with a €100 bonus, that’s €7,000 in bets in ten days, costing about €280 on average at 96% RTP. There’s also daily cashback of 15% up to €400 and live-casino cashback of 25% up to €200. Our wagering requirements guide shows how to check any offer, and our cashback casinos page explains why cashback paid as real money is usually the better deal.
Payments and withdrawals
Casino Guru lists around 30 payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Neosurf, Zimpler, eps, Siru Mobile, bank transfer and crypto (Bitcoin, USDC, BNB, Ripple and others). Our previous review also listed AstroPay, MiFinity, Apple Pay and Paysafecard.
| Minimum deposit | €20 |
| Minimum withdrawal | €30 |
| Withdrawal limits | €500 per day, €7,000 per month at the entry VIP level, rising to €1,500 and €20,000 at the top level |
| Monthly wagering condition | Withdrawals can be refused if you haven’t wagered €20 in the calendar month |
| Pending period | 0 to 72 hours (at our last review) |
| Processing | E-wallets 0 to 2 days; cards and bank 0 to 3 days (at our last review) |
At €500 a day, a €5,000 win takes ten days to withdraw, and anything over €7,000 rolls into the next month. With no licence behind the casino, a balance left waiting is a balance at risk, so withdraw steadily. For better options, see casinos with no withdrawal limits and fast payout casinos. Method guides: Skrill, Zimpler, Neosurf and Bitcoin casinos.
Pros
- Close to 7,000 games, live casino and a sportsbook
- Around 30 payment methods, including crypto and Zimpler
- Daily cashback up to 15% and live cashback up to 25%

Cons
- Former operator Rabidi N.V.’s Curaçao licence revoked in June 2024
- No current licence found on the Curaçao or Anjouan registers, and its terms name no operator
- Complaints about self-exclusion and account closure not being honoured
- A €65,000 fraud allegation among the complaints
- Withdrawals capped at €500 a day and €7,000 a month
- Bonus terms that cap winnings and penalise “low-risk play”
- Casino Guru Safety Index of 6.4/10 (“Below average”)
- Not available in Sweden
Summary
Casino Infinity has a big library and plenty of payment options, and its complaint record is better than some of its sister brands’. But it launched on a Curaçao licence that was revoked in 2024, and neither we nor Casino Guru could find a current one. Three complaints involve self-exclusion or account closure not being honoured, and withdrawals are capped at €500 a day. Without a licence, there’s nobody to enforce the rules if things go wrong. We don’t recommend Casino Infinity. Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos.
