ProntoBet Casino Review 2026: Cash Bonus, Real Terms, Honest Verdict
ProntoBet’s welcome offer looks like a standard 200% match, but it works differently from most. The bonus isn’t added to your balance when you deposit. It stays locked until you’ve wagered 30 times its value with your own money, and you have only three days to do it. On a €100 deposit that means €6,000 in slot bets by the weekend. Get it right and the €200 arrives as real cash with no strings attached. Get it wrong and you’ve simply played with your deposit.
In this review we explain how that bonus actually plays out, who runs ProntoBet today (it changed in 2025), and where it fits for slot players looking for a casino with a sportsbook.
Our verdict: a reasonable choice for slot players outside regulated markets, with clear caveats. The licence trail is better documented than at many offshore casinos, and the cashback is genuinely player-friendly. The welcome bonus is hard to complete, and the €50 minimum withdrawal is high.

Who runs ProntoBet now?
ProntoBet is currently operated by EverEdge Marketing Solutions SRL, a Costa Rica company licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) under licence #01064. That’s what the casino’s own footer says, and the KGC’s published list of permit holders matches it: prontobet.com sits under EverEdge Marketing Solutions SRL.
This is a recent change, and many review sites haven’t caught up. ProntoBet launched in 2023 as part of the DMG Solutions B.V. group, a Curaçao company that ran a string of Nordic-facing brands. At the end of 2025 the group reorganised. DMG Solutions kept only a small part of its portfolio, and most brands moved to two sister companies, EverEdge Marketing Solutions SRL and SpectraWeb Services SRL, which run them under Kahnawake permits. The wider group also includes Damagi Marketing Solutions Ltd, which Casino Guru lists as ProntoBet’s owner.
| Name you may see | Role | Status |
|---|---|---|
| EverEdge Marketing Solutions SRL | Current operator, KGC licence #01064 | Confirmed by site footer and KGC permit list |
| SpectraWeb Services SRL | Sister operator in the same group | Named by Casino Guru, appears to be out of date for ProntoBet |
| DMG Solutions B.V. | Original operator, holds the Curaçao licence | Curaçao licence still in renewal (see below) |
| Damagi Marketing Solutions Ltd | Listed as owner by Casino Guru | Part of the same group |
What about the Curaçao licence?
ProntoBet was originally linked to Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1560/0833, held by DMG Solutions B.V. (company registration 148273). We checked it against the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s own registers:
- September 2025: issued 28 April 2025, expiring 28 October 2025.
- 21 September 2026: issued 28 October 2025, expired 28 April 2026, status “Assessment in progress”.
So the licence hasn’t been revoked. It’s not on the regulator’s enforcement register (checked against the 14 September 2026 edition). Five months after its expiry date it is still awaiting renewal, but that is common right now: on the 21 September 2026 register, 279 of roughly 640 Curaçao licences show the same “assessment in progress” status, which points to a renewal backlog at the regulator rather than a problem with ProntoBet. That’s why the KGC licence is the one that matters for ProntoBet today. If you see a site describing ProntoBet as simply “licensed by Curaçao eGaming”, it’s out of date: that system was abolished in the Curaçao reform. Our Curaçao casino guide explains what changed.
Some sources also list Estonian licences (HKL000373 and HKT000060) and an Anjouan licence (ALSI-022307003-FI2). We couldn’t verify these against the regulators, and an Estonian licence would in any case cover only players in Estonia. For international players, the KGC licence is the relevant one.
Is Kahnawake a good licence?
It’s a mid-tier licence. The KGC has regulated online gaming since 1999, publishes its permit holders, and acts as ProntoBet’s named complaints body. ProntoBet’s complaints policy says that if a dispute can’t be settled with the casino, you can escalate it to the KGC by email. That’s a real, named route, which many Curaçao and Anjouan casinos don’t offer in practice.
It isn’t as strong as an MGA licence, which brings mandatory player-fund segregation and an independent ADR body. It also gives you none of the local protections of a Swedish, UK or Dutch licence. The terms are governed by Kahnawake law, with exclusive Kahnawake jurisdiction for disputes.
| Kahnawake (ProntoBet) | Curaçao (new regime) | Malta (MGA) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Named complaints body | Yes, the KGC | Regulator, limited in practice | Yes, independent ADR |
| Public licence register | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Player-fund segregation required | Not a published requirement | No | Yes |
| Cross-operator self-exclusion | Optional KGC programme | No | No (national schemes only) |
| Local protections in SE/UK/NL | No | No | No |
For more on each licence, see our pages on Kahnawake casinos and MGA casinos.
The ProntoBet welcome bonus, explained properly
The offer is 200% up to €1,000 on your first deposit. It’s a “wager to unlock” cash bonus. Here’s how ProntoBet’s own terms describe it:
- You make your first deposit and the 200% bonus is set aside, not added to your playable balance.
- A “Reward Tracker” appears in the sidebar.
- You wager 30 times the bonus amount with your real money, on slots.
- When you finish, the bonus is paid into your account as real money, with no further wagering.

The numbers
| Deposit | Bonus (200%) | Wagering needed (30x bonus) | Per day over 3 days |
|---|---|---|---|
| €20 | €40 | €1,200 | €400 |
| €50 | €100 | €3,000 | €1,000 |
| €100 | €200 | €6,000 | €2,000 |
| €250 | €500 | €15,000 | €5,000 |
| €500 (maximum) | €1,000 | €30,000 | €10,000 |
The calculation base is the bonus only, which is the more player-friendly of the two common methods. But because the bonus is 200%, 30x the bonus equals 60x your deposit. And because you’re wagering your own money, you need enough balance to survive €6,000 of spins. On a typical 96% RTP slot, wagering €6,000 costs about €240 on average, more than the €200 bonus is worth. You’ll only come out ahead if you hit a decent win early and keep playing it through. Our wagering requirements guide shows the expected-loss calculation in full.
What’s genuinely good about it
- No bonus money is mixed into your balance, so the usual traps don’t apply. Since you’re betting your own money, there’s no max-bet rule on the welcome offer to trip over.
- You can stop at any time. If you win early and want to cash out, you can withdraw your real-money balance. You only give up the locked bonus.
- The released bonus is pure cash with no second round of wagering.
What makes it hard
- Three days is very short. €2,000 a day in bets on a €100 deposit is far more than most recreational players will place.
- Only slots count. Live casino, table games, video poker and scratch cards contribute 0%, and over 40 named slots are excluded, including Dead or Alive 2, Mega Joker, Jackpot 6000, Bloodsuckers II, White Rabbit and Money Cart.
- Winnings from bonuses are capped at €10,000. Free-spin winnings are capped at €100, and sign-up rewards at €50.
- Strategic play is banned. Building value in a feature game during bonus play and collecting it later counts as fraud under the terms. See our explainer on what counts as bonus abuse.
Who should take it: slot players who already play in volume and would place that many bets anyway. Who should skip it: anyone on a small budget, anyone who mainly plays live tables, and anyone who might feel pushed to keep spinning to hit a deadline. You can decline the bonus when you deposit, or ask support to remove it. If you want help with what to play while clearing, see our guide to slots for wagering.
Daily cashback: the better offer
ProntoBet’s 10% daily cashback is arguably more valuable than the welcome bonus for most players.
- It’s calculated daily on deposits between 05:00 and 04:59 UTC and paid by 11:00 UTC the next morning.
- It’s paid as real money with no wagering.
- The minimum payout is €10, so you need net losses of about €100 or more in a day to receive anything.
- Only slots and settled sports bets count. Live casino, table games, crash games and other instant games are excluded.
- It’s not available to players from Finland, Estonia, Poland, Austria, Latvia, Canada, Brazil, Chile or Peru.
Wager-free cashback is the simplest kind of bonus there is: no tracker, no deadline, no confiscation risk. For more offers like it, see our pages on cashback casinos and no-wagering bonuses.
| Bonus type | Example | Wagering | Can you withdraw early? | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wager-to-unlock cash (ProntoBet) | 200% up to €1,000 | 30x bonus with real money, 3 days | Yes, you lose only the locked bonus | High-volume slot players |
| Sticky match bonus | Common at offshore casinos | 30x to 50x, often deposit + bonus | No, bonus removed at cashout | Extra playtime only |
| Non-sticky match bonus | Common at MGA casinos | 25x to 40x | Yes, before bonus play starts | Slot players wanting flexibility |
| Wager-free cashback (ProntoBet) | 10% daily | None | Yes | Regular players |
Our casino bonus guide covers each type in depth.
Games and live casino
ProntoBet lists 3,000+ games from over 40 providers, including Play’n GO, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Playtech, Red Tiger and Pragmatic Play. Categories include jackpots, feature buys, Pragmatic’s Drops & Wins and crash games. The Penguin King jackpot games are the one jackpot exception that counts 100% towards wagering.
Live tables come from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live: roulette (including XXXtreme Lightning Roulette), blackjack, baccarat, sic bo and game shows such as Crazy Time, Funky Time and Mega Wheel. There is also a sportsbook in the same account.
The library is broad rather than unusual. If you’re choosing by provider, see our guides to NetEnt casinos, Nolimit City casinos, bonus buy slots and live dealer casinos.
Deposits and withdrawals
Our earlier review recorded Visa, Mastercard, Payz (formerly ecoPayz), MuchBetter, MiFinity, Jeton, CashtoCode, Flykk and cryptocurrencies. Casino Guru counts around 50 payment options in total. Available methods vary by country.
From ProntoBet’s payment policy:
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit before any withdrawal | €20 |
| Minimum withdrawal | €50 (smaller requests are rejected) |
| Deposits must be wagered | At least 1x before withdrawal |
| Withdrawal decision | Approved or denied within 2 days |
| Processing target | 1 to 3 business days after verification |
| Delay notice | You’re told the reason if a payout takes more than 10 days |
| Daily / weekly / monthly limits | €5,000 / €10,000 / €40,000 |
| Large wins | Amounts of €40,000+ can be paid in instalments, without interest |
| Fees | May be charged; shown when you request a withdrawal |
The €50 minimum is high, and the 1x-wagering rule on every deposit means you can’t deposit and withdraw again straight away. In our earlier hands-on test, a MiFinity withdrawal arrived in about 40 hours, in line with the 1 to 3 business day target. E-wallets and crypto are usually the fastest. Card payouts can be returned to the card only up to the amount you deposited, and anything above that goes via another method.
Verify early. ProntoBet can refuse a withdrawal until you’ve passed identity, age, address and phone checks, and it can ask for a notarised ID. Upload your documents as soon as you register, not when you’ve just won. Our guide on why casinos verify your account explains what to expect.
For faster options, see our fast payout casinos. If you play for high stakes, the €40,000 monthly cap is worth comparing with casinos with no withdrawal limits. Method guides: MiFinity, MuchBetter, Payz/ecoPayz, Visa and Bitcoin, or our full overview of casino payment methods.
Complaints and player feedback
Casino Guru rates ProntoBet 7.8 out of 10 (“Above average”) in its May 2026 review, with user feedback rated “Good” from 10 reviews. It classes ProntoBet as a medium-sized casino with estimated revenue over €5 million.
It has logged 10 complaints: 2 unresolved, 1 resolved, 7 rejected. Disputes include:
- confirmed withdrawals delayed (€5,000) and a €14,000 withdrawal delayed
- a withdrawal held up by account locking (33,000 kr)
- a self-exclusion request the player says was mishandled (50,000 kr)
- an account closed without a refund of losses
- a complaint about payment fees (€50)
For a casino of this size, that’s a modest number, and most complaints were rejected after review. Still, the pattern is clear: problems tend to involve large withdrawals and verification, which fits the weekly and monthly caps and the KYC rules above. The self-exclusion complaint is worth noting given the responsible-gambling points below.
Responsible gambling tools
ProntoBet offers:
- Deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), set via customer support. Increases take effect only after 24 hours. Setting a limit of zero counts as self-exclusion for at least six months.
- Self-exclusion and cool-off tools on the site.
- A link to the KGC’s Comprehensive Self-Exclusion programme, which goes beyond a single site.
That last point matters. ProntoBet belongs to a large group. KGC records list EverEdge brands including Joki Casino, Moi Casino, Happy Slots, Red Dice, Slot Paradise, Lysa Casino and Kumobet, and SpectraWeb brands including LyraBet, Trivelabet, Happy Spins, HeyCasino and Yaa Casino. Self-excluding at one brand doesn’t automatically block you at the others. If you need a break, use the KGC’s comprehensive programme or a national scheme as well as the casino’s own tool.
The negative: deposit limits shouldn’t need a support chat, and the help organisations listed are largely US and Canadian. For practical steps, see our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and stopping gambling.
ProntoBet and regulated markets
ProntoBet has no licence from Spelinspektionen (Sweden), the UK Gambling Commission or the Dutch KSA. If you live in a country with a national licensing system, playing here means you lose its protections, such as Spelpaus, GamStop or Cruks, and in some countries winnings from non-licensed casinos are taxable. Sites that advertise this as an advantage, as many no-verification casinos do, are leaving out the downside.
Pros and cons of ProntoBet
Here’s how the strengths and weaknesses balance out after checking the terms, the licence registers and the complaint record.
Pros
- Current operator and Kahnawake licence clearly stated and confirmed on the regulator’s permit list
- Named complaints route to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission
- 10% daily cashback paid as real money with no wagering
- Welcome bonus is calculated on the bonus only and released as cash, and you play with real money, so there’s no max-bet trap
- 3,000+ games from major studios plus Evolution live tables and a sportsbook
- Casino Guru Safety Index of 7.8, with a modest complaint count for its size
- Access to the KGC’s cross-operator self-exclusion programme
Cons
- Welcome bonus needs 60x your deposit in bets within 3 days, which is unrealistic for most players
- Live casino and table games count 0% towards the bonus, and 40+ slots are excluded
- €50 minimum withdrawal and 1x wagering on every deposit
- Withdrawal caps of €10,000 per week and €40,000 per month
- Curaçao licence renewal still “in assessment” (common across the register right now); Estonian and Anjouan claims unverified
- Deposit limits are set via support, not in the account
- Cashback not available in Finland, Estonia, Poland, Austria, Latvia and several other countries
- No local licence in Sweden, the UK or the Netherlands
Who ProntoBet suits
A good fit if you:
- play mainly slots, and want a sportsbook in the same account
- value wager-free cashback over large headline bonuses
- are comfortable with a Kahnawake licence and a €50 minimum withdrawal
Look elsewhere if you:
- want a bonus you can realistically clear on a small budget
- mainly play live dealer or table games
- want to withdraw small amounts often
- live in a regulated market and want its protections
Summary
ProntoBet is a better-documented offshore casino than most. The operator and Kahnawake licence are stated plainly and match the regulator’s list, there’s a named complaints body, and Casino Guru’s 7.8 rating backs up a fairly clean record. Its best feature is the 10% daily cashback paid as real money. The 200% welcome bonus is fair in principle, since you play with real money and the bonus is released as cash, but 30x the bonus in three days is out of reach for most players. Factor in the €50 minimum withdrawal, the weekly caps, and the Curaçao licence still awaiting renewal. For volume slot players outside regulated markets, ProntoBet is a reasonable option. For live-table players and small-budget players, it’s a weaker fit.
