Rocketspin Casino Review 2026: Good Record, Strict Bonus Terms, New Operator

Rocketspin is a large, slot-heavy casino with more than 7,000 games and one of the better independent safety ratings among the offshore casinos we’ve reviewed this year: Casino Guru gives it 8.5 out of 10, and none of its complaints are left unresolved. It has also quietly changed hands. Our previous review listed Hollycorn N.V. and a Curaçao licence; Rocketspin’s own footer now names a Costa Rican company, Metlait SRL, licensed by Tobique. Both licences check out on their regulators’ registers. The catch is in the bonus terms: 40x wagering in three days, tight caps on free-spin winnings and a dormancy fee that starts after a year.

Our verdict: a reasonable option for slot players who skip the bonus, withdraw regularly and live outside the many countries Rocketspin excludes.

Who runs Rocketspin now?

Our previous review (June 2025) listed Hollycorn N.V., a Curaçao company that runs a network of SoftSwiss casinos. Hollycorn’s licence, OGL/2023/176/0095 (company 144359), is still on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register with status “Indefinite”, renewed from 24 December 2025, one of the cleanest statuses on that register. But rocketspin.com’s footer now says the site is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica (company 3-102-911867), under Tobique Gaming Commission e-gaming licence No. 0000064. We checked the Tobique Gaming Commission’s official licence-holder list, and Metlait S.R.L is on it, with licences valid into 2027.

So both companies are properly licensed, and the casino appears to have moved from Hollycorn’s Curaçao licence to Metlait’s Tobique licence. What matters for you is the company in the footer when you sign up, since that’s who your contract is with. A Tobique licence is newer and lighter than an MGA licence. Watch out for lookalikes: rocketspin.casino is a promotional landing page with no operator or licence details, not the casino. The real site is rocketspin.com.

Complaints: a good record, with two worrying cases

Casino Guru rates Rocketspin 8.5 out of 10 (“High”) in its July 2026 review, with “Mixed” user feedback from 12 reviews. Of 14 complaints, 5 were resolved, 8 rejected and 1 is open. None are unresolved, which is a better record than most casinos in this segment.

Two cases still stand out because they involve responsible gambling:

• an account closed after the player asked to self-exclude, with €2,340 in dispute
• a request to close an account that was ignored (€3,500)

The others include large confiscations (439,001 kr and 35,000 kr), smaller confiscations and cancelled withdrawals, and delays. Most were rejected, typically because the casino’s position was found to be in line with its terms.

Casino Guru flags these terms as unfair or potentially unfair:

1. Bonus winnings must be withdrawn immediately after meeting the wagering requirement, or further winnings can be capped.
2. “Low-risk play” can lead to confiscated winnings (flagged twice).
3. Some betting techniques during bonus wagering can lead to confiscated winnings.

Who can play

Rocketspin’s terms bar real-money play from a long list of countries, including the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Portugal, Poland, the Baltic states, the US and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick. Players who break this rule are “not entitled to refunds or withdrawals”, so don’t try to get round it with a VPN.

Players from Sweden can play but are not eligible for any bonuses, promotions, VIP programme or loyalty exchanges. That’s a more responsible approach to a regulated market than many offshore casinos take, though Rocketspin still holds no Swedish licence, so Spelpaus doesn’t apply.

The welcome package

Rocketspin’s welcome offer is up to €5,000 plus 300 free spins over four deposits. The tiers below are from our previous review; the rules are from Rocketspin’s current bonus terms.

The rules:

• 40x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise
• 3 days to complete wagering for each bonus
• €5 maximum bet while wagering
• One bonus at a time; bonuses don’t stack
• Free-spin winnings are bonus funds with 10x wagering (unless specified) and a maximum win of 10x the bonus amount, a cap that stays in place even after wagering
• No-deposit bonus winnings are capped at €50

In practice: on a €100 first deposit with a €100 bonus, you need €4,000 in bets within three days, around €1,333 a day. At 96% RTP that costs about €160 on average, more than the €100 bonus. The full package means €200,000 in bets. Combined with the free-spin caps and the “withdraw immediately” rule, this is a bonus most players are better off declining. Withdrawals and fees

The limits are moderate: a €20,000 win can be withdrawn in a month, but no faster than €5,000 a week. The dormancy fee is higher than most, at €20 a month once your account has been inactive for a year, so withdraw your balance if you stop playing. Rocketspin lists 7,000+ games, including slots, bonus buys, Megaways, Drops & Wins, Hold & Win, instant-win games and a live casino with blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and game shows. Who Rocketspin suits

A reasonable fit if you: mainly play slots or live games, are happy to play without the bonus, withdraw regularly, and live in a country Rocketspin accepts.

Look elsewhere if you:

• want a bonus you can realistically clear
• might leave money in your account for a year or more
• need self-exclusion you can rely on across a group of casinos
• live in one of the many restricted countries

Summary

Rocketspin’s record is better than most offshore casinos’: an 8.5/10 Casino Guru rating, no unresolved complaints and a restricted-countries list that keeps it out of the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and other regulated markets. Its current operator, Metlait SRL, and its Tobique licence check out on the regulator’s list, as does the Curaçao licence of its previous operator, Hollycorn. The weak spots are the bonus terms, with 40x in three days and capped free-spin winnings, a €20 monthly dormancy fee and two responsible-gambling complaints. Skip the bonus, withdraw regularly, and it’s a reasonable choice.
