Wild Robin Casino Review 2026: Cancelled Licence, Account-Closure Complaints and €500 Daily Limits
Wild Robin has a 7,000-game lobby, a sportsbook and a familiar welcome offer of 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins. Our previous review rated it 4.7 out of 5 and listed “PAGCOR licensed” as a strength. That licence no longer exists: the Philippines cancelled all offshore online gaming licences at the end of 2024, and Wild Robin’s own terms now name no operator and no licence. Casino Guru rates it 3.6 out of 10 (“Low”), and several of its 116 complaints describe accounts that stayed open, or were reopened, after the player asked for them to be closed.
Our verdict: not recommended. No current licence, low withdrawal limits, and repeated failures to close accounts on request.

What happened to the PAGCOR licence?
Our previous review said Wild Robin was run by Lumina LTD under PAGCOR licence 22-0025/8vhyx. That’s the same number our old FunBet page quoted, and it belongs to a licence category that no longer exists:
- July 2024: the Philippines announced a ban on offshore gaming, and PAGCOR told the Senate that all Internet Gaming Licences would be cancelled by the end of the year.
- November 2024: Executive Order 74 ordered all offshore and internet gaming operations to wind up by 31 December 2024.
- October 2025: the Anti-POGO Act (Republic Act 12312) wrote the ban into law.
So “PAGCOR licensed” isn’t a strength any more. It’s a claim about a licence that was cancelled.
We then looked for a replacement. Wild Robin’s own site names nobody. Its footer shows only “© WildRobin.com”, and its General Terms (version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026) refer only to “the company operating the Website”. We found no Wild Robin or Lumina entry on the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s public register, and Casino Guru says that, to its knowledge, Wild Robin “has not been granted a license by any gambling regulatory authority”.
Those terms are word for word the same document used by FunBet, QuickWin, Joker8, Casombie and Casino Infinity, down to the version number and date. None of them names the company behind the site. For what a verifiable licence looks like, see our guides to MGA casinos, Kahnawake casinos and Curaçao casinos.
Pros
- 7,000+ games, 1,000+ live tables and a sportsbook
- 46 payment methods, including crypto
- Most Casino Guru complaints resolved rather than left open
- Daily and live-casino cashback
Cons
- The PAGCOR licence it was promoted with was cancelled in 2024
- No current licence found; site and terms name no operator
- Casino Guru Safety Index of 3.6/10 ("Low")
- Three complaints about account closures ignored or reversed
- Withdrawals capped at €500 a day and €7,000 a month at entry level
- 35x deposit + bonus wagering in 10 days
- Terms rated "somewhat unfair" by Casino Guru
Complaints: account closure is the problem
Casino Guru rates Wild Robin 3.6 out of 10 (“Low”) in its July 2026 review, with “Mixed” user feedback. It has logged 116 complaints: 62 resolved, 49 rejected, 3 unresolved and 2 still open. A high number resolved suggests Wild Robin usually pays in the end, often after a delay. Examples include delayed payments of €79,400, €1,500, £1,000, €500 and £400, and a withdrawal blocked while account details weren’t updated.
The complaints we’d focus on are about closing accounts:
- an account-closure request ignored
- an account still accessible despite closure requests (€2,000)
- an account reopened against the player’s closure request (€350)
Three separate cases about the same safeguard is a pattern. With no regulator behind the casino, nobody independent makes sure a closure sticks. If you might need to stop, don’t play here. Use a national self-exclusion scheme, and see our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and getting help to stop gambling. Casino Guru also rates Wild Robin’s terms “somewhat unfair”; see what counts as bonus abuse.

| Level 5 | €1,500 | €20,000 |

At the entry level, a €5,000 win takes ten days to withdraw, and anything over €7,000 waits until the next month. Our previous review recorded a €10 minimum withdrawal (€60 for Bitcoin) and processing within 3 business days. Casino Guru lists 46 payment methods, including Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Zimpler, Revolut and crypto. See casinos with no withdrawal limits, fast payout casinos, and our guides to Zimpler, Revolut and Bitcoin casinos.
Bonuses
We checked Wild Robin’s welcome-bonus terms on its own site in October 2026:
- 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins, from a €20 deposit
- free spins paid as 20 a day for 10 days
- 35x wagering on deposit + bonus, 40x on free-spin winnings
- 10 days to complete wagering
- a €100 maximum bet while wagering
- deposits made with Skrill or Neteller don’t qualify
On a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus, that’s €7,000 in bets in ten days, costing about €280 on average at 96% RTP, nearly three times the bonus. The site also lists a sports bonus of 100% up to €100, weekend and weekly reloads, daily cashback of 15% up to €400 and live cashback of 25% up to €200. See our wagering requirements guide and cashback casinos.
Games
Our previous review recorded more than 7,000 games from over 100 providers, including NetEnt, Nolimit City, Thunderkick, Wazdan and Evolution, and 1,000+ live tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, plus a sportsbook. See our guides to online slots and live dealer casinos.
Summary
Wild Robin’s library and promotions are typical of its network, and so are its problems. The PAGCOR licence it launched with was cancelled with all Philippine offshore licences at the end of 2024, and neither its site nor its terms name a replacement or an operator. Casino Guru rates it 3.6 out of 10, withdrawals start at €500 a day, and three complaints describe account-closure requests that weren’t honoured. We don’t recommend Wild Robin. Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos, and our list of new casinos has alternatives.

Gambling is for adults 18+. Treat it as entertainment, not income.
We don’t recommend it. The PAGCOR licence it was promoted with was cancelled in 2024, its site names no operator or current licence, and Casino Guru rates it 3.6/10.
The site doesn’t say. Our previous review named Lumina LTD, but Wild Robin’s current terms refer only to “the company operating the Website”.
Not a valid one. The Philippines cancelled all offshore online gaming licences by the end of 2024, including the category Wild Robin’s licence number belonged to.
€500 a day and €7,000 a month at the entry VIP level, rising to €1,500 a day and €20,000 a month at the top level.
100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins, with 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, 10 days to complete it and a €100 maximum bet.
Casino Guru has logged three complaints about closure requests being ignored or reversed. Use a national self-exclusion scheme rather than relying on Wild Robin.
Yes. Our previous review listed FunBet as a sister site, both were promoted with the same PAGCOR licence number, and both now use identical terms.
No. Deposits made with Skrill or Neteller don’t qualify for the welcome bonus.
