Bull Casino Review 2026: A Low Safety Score and a Licence That Doesn’t Quite Add Up
Bull Casino launched in 2024 with a big headline bonus, more than 6,500 games and a sportsbook. Our previous review rated it 4.6 out of 5 and described it as Curaçao-licensed. Two years on, the picture is different. Casino Guru now names a different operator, Moody Moose Limited, and a Tobique licence, but the licence number in circulation belongs to another company on Tobique’s own list. Casino Guru rates Bull’s safety 4.4 out of 10, and its complaints include a €6,710 confiscation and an ignored self-exclusion request. Our verdict: not recommended. An operator and licence trail we couldn’t fully confirm, confiscation and self-exclusion complaints, and an inactivity rule that can wipe dormant balances.

Who runs Bull Casino, and is it licensed?
Bull has collected three different stories in two years. 1. Our previous review (June 2025): operator Deep Dive Tech B.V., licensed by “Curaçao eGaming”. That system has since been abolished. Deep Dive Tech B.V. does hold a licence under the new Curaçao regime: in the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register of 2 October 2026, OGL/2024/503/0352 (company 154314) is listed as indefinite from 21 September 2026, after its previous period ended on 24 December 2025. We couldn’t confirm that Deep Dive still operates Bull Casino, though: neither Casino Guru nor Bull’s own site links the two today. Our Curaçao casino guide explains the change. 2. Casino Guru (August 2026): Bull Casino is owned by Moody Moose Limited and licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission in New Brunswick, Canada. 3. The Tobique register: other sources give Bull’s licence number as 0000048. That’s the same number StarsPlay’s footer gives for its operator, Grey Goat Limitada. On the Tobique Gaming Commission’s official list of licence holders, Grey Goat Limitada is listed; Moody Moose Limited is not. There are innocent explanations: Bull may operate under Grey Goat’s licence as a group brand, or Moody Moose may be a newer entity not yet on the public list. But we couldn’t confirm either. Bull’s own site (bullcasino.com) blocked sign-ups everywhere we tried, and where it does load, its footer and About page name no operator or licence at all. Until the operator named in Bull’s terms matches a company on the regulator’s list, treat the licence as unconfirmed. Our previous review linked Bull and StarsPlay as sister brands, and the shared licence number supports that. A Tobique licence is real but young (the commission was set up in 2023) and doesn’t carry the protections of an MGA licence. See our guides to MGA casinos and Kahnawake casinos for comparison.
The expired domain
Bull’s original address, bull.casino, has expired and is now listed for sale at auction. The casino runs on bullcasino.com. If you see links to the old domain, don’t enter personal or payment details there: an expired casino domain can be bought by anyone.
Complaints and safety rating
Casino Guru rates Bull Casino 4.4 out of 10 (“Low”) in its August 2026 review, and its score also counts complaints about related casinos. Of 9 complaints, 3 are unresolved, 3 resolved and 3 rejected:
- winnings confiscated: €6,710
- winnings confiscated after an early account reactivation: €1,200
- a self-exclusion request ignored: 8,183 kr
- real money turned into bonus money: €133
- delayed withdrawals: €3,099, €2,000, €970 (with documents repeatedly requested), plus two in Canadian dollars
The self-exclusion case matters most, especially alongside the “early reactivation” confiscation, which suggests accounts can be reopened after a break and then penalised. If you need to stop, don’t rely on a single casino’s tools. Use a national scheme, and see our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and getting help to stop gambling.
Casino Guru flags two terms as unfair:
- Account balances can be voided after less than six months of inactivity.
- “Common bonus hunting strategies” can count as a serious violation.
The inactivity rule is the same kind of term we found at StarsPlay, where a 10% monthly fee starts after three months without logging in. Don’t leave money at Bull Casino. Withdraw after every session you don’t plan to continue. See what counts as bonus abuse and our guide on whether you can sue a casino for not paying out.
Bonuses
We couldn’t read Bull’s current bonus terms, so these are from our previous review (June 2025). The headline was 200% up to €5,000 plus 250 free spins, with country-specific versions, including 200% up to €600 + 250 free spins for Germany and Sweden, two countries with national licensing systems where Bull holds no licence. Free-spin winnings carried 40x wagering, the maximum bet with bonus money was €5, and the minimum deposit was €20.
Our previous review didn’t record the wagering multiplier or base for the match bonus. Check both in the cashier before accepting. With a confiscation of €6,710 on record and a broad “bonus hunting” rule, this is a bonus to read carefully or decline. Our wagering requirements guide shows how to check; simpler options are on our no-wagering bonuses page.
Payments and withdrawals
Casino Guru lists 21 deposit methods including Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin and bank transfer. Our previous review recorded 26 deposit and 12+ withdrawal options, including MiFinity and Skrill, with no fees, a €50 minimum withdrawal and withdrawals “within 12 hours”.
| Minimum withdrawal | €50 (previous review) |
| Monthly withdrawal limit | €15,000 (Casino Guru); our previous review said €20,000 |
| Fees | None (previous review) |
Several complaints describe delayed withdrawals and repeated document requests, so complete verification early. See our guides to MiFinity, Skrill, Bitcoin casinos, why casinos verify your account and fast payout casinos.
Games
Our previous review recorded 6,500+ games from 48+ providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming and 1x2Gaming, plus live casino, jackpots and a sportsbook. See our guides to online slots and live dealer casinos.
Pros

- Wide range of payment methods, including crypto
- Linked to a Tobique licence that StarsPlay’s operator holds
Cons
- Casino Guru Safety Index of 4.4/10 (“Low”)
- Operator named by Casino Guru (Moody Moose Limited) isn’t on Tobique’s licence-holder list
- 3 unresolved complaints, including a €6,710 confiscation
- An ignored self-exclusion request and a confiscation after account reactivation
- Balances can be voided after less than six months of inactivity
- Country bonuses aimed at Germany and Sweden without a local licence
- Original domain expired and is for sale
Summary
Bull Casino has a big lobby and plenty of payment methods, but almost everything that matters for safety is unclear or unfavourable. The operator has changed, the licence number linked to it belongs to a different company on the Tobique register, and its own site names no operator or licence that would confirm either. Casino Guru rates it 4.4 out of 10, complaints include a €6,710 confiscation and an ignored self-exclusion request, and inactivity can cost you your balance. We don’t recommend Bull Casino. Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos.

FAQ: Bull Casino
We can’t fully confirm it. Casino Guru says it’s owned by Moody Moose Limited and licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission, but Moody Moose isn’t on Tobique’s licence-holder list, and Casino Guru rates its safety 4.4/10. We don’t recommend it.
Casino Guru lists Moody Moose Limited. Our previous review named Deep Dive Tech B.V., whose Curaçao licence (OGL/2024/503/0352) is listed as indefinite since 21 September 2026. We couldn’t confirm that Deep Dive still runs Bull.
Casino Guru says Tobique. The licence number other sources cite, 0000048, is the one StarsPlay’s footer gives for Grey Goat Limitada, which is on Tobique’s list.
Our previous review linked them as sister brands, and both are tied to the same Tobique licence number. Both also have strict inactivity rules.
Casino Guru flags a term allowing balances to be voided after less than six months of inactivity. Withdraw your balance rather than leaving it.
€15,000 per month according to Casino Guru, with a €50 minimum at our last review.
At our last review, 200% up to €5,000 plus 250 free spins, with 40x wagering on free-spin winnings and a €5 maximum bet. Check the current terms before accepting.
No longer. The bull.casino domain has expired and is for sale. The casino runs on bullcasino.com.
Bull holds no Swedish licence, and its site wasn’t accessible from Sweden when we checked. We don’t recommend it.
