Frenzino Casino Review 2026: Licensed in Kahnawake, Rated Very Low for Safety

Frenzino has one thing its sister casino Moana doesn’t: a licence you can check in a couple of minutes. Its footer names the operating company and a Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence, and the Kahnawake regulator’s own list matches. That’s where the good news mostly ends. Its withdrawal limits are now reasonable at €5,000 a day and €25,000 a month, but Casino Guru rates its safety only 2.4 out of 10, and its terms let it void winnings for Martingale-style play. It has also marketed country-specific bonuses to the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden and Germany, all markets where it holds no local licence. Our verdict: not recommended. A genuine Kahnawake licence, but a very low safety rating, confiscation complaints and rules that give it wide room to withhold winnings.

Licence and operator: better than its sister

Our previous review named Famagousta B.V. as operator and quoted Kahnawake licence 00939. Both have changed. Frenzino now runs on frenzino.io (frenzino.com redirects there), and its footer states that the site is operated by 3-102-941348 SRL, a Costa Rica company, licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission under licence No. 01035, issued 10 December 2025. Payments are processed by Fodenmacko Trading Co Limited in Cyprus, which is the name you may see on your bank statement.

We checked the Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s published list of permit holders, and frenzino.io is listed under 3-102-941348 SRL. The same company also holds permits for several sister sites, including TiktakBet, Nalu Casino and Sombrero Spins. The public list doesn’t show licence numbers, so we couldn’t match “01035” itself, but the operator and domain line up.

That’s a real step up from Moana, where the terms name no licensed operator and the Curaçao licence-holder name has moved between companies. A Kahnawake licence gives you a named regulator and complaints route. It’s a mid-tier licence, though, not comparable to an MGA licence, and it brings none of the protections of a Swedish, UK or Dutch licence. See our guides to Kahnawake casinos and MGA casinos, or another Kahnawake-licensed casino we reviewed recently, ProntoBet.

The limits that matter

Frenzino’s current terms (article 63.1, checked 6 October 2026) set these withdrawal limits:

Limit Amount
Withdrawals per day €5,000
Withdrawals per month €25,000

When we first reviewed Frenzino, Casino Guru listed much stricter limits, which it still shows: €1,000 a day, €7,000 a month, €5,000 in net winnings a day and a €50,000 cap on net winnings over the lifetime of an account. We found no daily or lifetime win cap in the current terms. This operator has changed its terms, licence and company name within a year, so check the limits in the terms before you chase a big win. In our earlier hands-on test, a withdrawal via Revolut and MiFinity arrived in about nine hours. See casinos with no withdrawal limits and best payout casinos.

Complaints and safety rating

Casino Guru rates Frenzino 2.4 out of 10 (“Very low”) in its July 2026 review. Its record is short, which is typical for a 2025 casino, and Casino Guru’s score also weighs complaints about related casinos. Of 4 complaints, 2 are unresolved and 2 were rejected:

  • winnings delayed over a bonus-money dispute (€360)
  • a withdrawal delayed (€700)
  • funds confiscated (€1,755)
  • an account closed over what the player calls false claims (5,000 kr)

Casino Guru flags the same terms as at Moana:

  1. Using the Martingale strategy can lead to confiscated winnings.
  2. Bets below a set threshold can lead to confiscated winnings.
  3. Playing restricted games during wagering can forfeit the bonus.
  4. “Common bonus hunting strategies” can count as a serious violation.

With a Kahnawake licence, you do have somewhere to escalate a dispute. Start with the casino’s own complaints process, then contact the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. See our explainer on what counts as bonus abuse and our guide on whether you can sue a casino for not paying out.

Country bonuses in markets it isn’t licensed in

Our previous review listed separate welcome packages for the UK (250% up to £10,000), the Netherlands (300% up to €10,000 + 1,000 free spins), Sweden (250% up to €4,000 + 4,000 free spins) and Germany and Austria (250% up to €3,000 + 1,000 free spins). The UK, Netherlands, Sweden and Germany all have national licensing systems, and Frenzino holds none of their licences. Players there would lose protections such as GamStop, Cruks, Spelpaus and OASIS. A casino that designs bonuses specifically for those markets is marketing to players its licence doesn’t let it serve properly.

The welcome bonus

When we checked on 6 October 2026 (from the Netherlands; offers can vary by country), Frenzino’s promotions page showed a three-stage casino package:

Deposit Match Maximum Free spins Wagering
1st 150% €1,500 150 on Big Bass Splash (€0.10 each) 35x deposit + bonus
2nd 100% €5,000 35x deposit + bonus
3rd 3 spins per €1 deposited (60 to 1,000) 35x

The minimum deposit is €20 and you have 30 days to complete the wagering. The base is the important part: 35x applies to deposit plus bonus. Deposit €100, take a €150 bonus, and you need €8,750 in bets, costing about €350 on average at 96% RTP, more than the bonus itself. There’s also a sports bonus of 100% up to €150, a €20 free bet and a weekly cashback of up to €5,000. Our previous review (April 2025) listed a smaller offer of 125% up to €400 and 80% up to €400 at 30x. Remember the Martingale and “low-risk play” rules before you accept any bonus. Our wagering requirements guide shows how; for simpler offers, see no-wagering bonuses.

Games and payments

Frenzino lists 6,500+ games from 80+ providers including Evolution, NetEnt, Microgaming, Yggdrasil and Playtech, plus a live casino and a sportsbook shared with sister brand TiktakBet. Our previous review recorded more than 15 payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, MiFinity, Flexepin, Skrill, Neteller, Rapid Transfer and crypto including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin, with no fees.

See our guides to NetEnt casinos, Microgaming casinos, MiFinity, Revolut casinos, Rapid Transfer and Bitcoin casinos.

Pros

  • Genuine Kahnawake licence; operator and domain match the regulator’s permit list
  • Operator, payment processor and licence number all named in the footer
  • Fast withdrawals in our earlier test (about nine hours via e-wallet)
  • 6,500+ games, live casino and sportsbook

Cons

  • Casino Guru Safety Index of 2.4/10 (“Very low”)
  • Confiscation and account-closure complaints
  • Martingale and “low-risk play” rules that can void winnings
  • Country bonuses aimed at the UK, Netherlands, Sweden and Germany without local licences
  • Licence and operator changed within a year

Who should avoid Frenzino

Most players have better options. Avoid Frenzino in particular if you:

  • chase big wins, given the confiscation complaint and the Martingale and “low-risk play” rules
  • live in the UK, the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany or another regulated market
  • tend to raise your stakes after losses, which the Martingale rule can penalise

If you need to take a break, see our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and getting help to stop gambling.

Summary

Frenzino is better documented than its sister casino Moana: a named Costa Rican operator, a Kahnawake licence and a matching entry on the regulator’s permit list. But it shares Moana’s restrictive terms, including rules that let it confiscate winnings for Martingale-style play, although its withdrawal limits are now a reasonable €5,000 a day and €25,000 a month. Casino Guru rates it 2.4 out of 10, and it has marketed bonuses to players in markets where it isn’t licensed. We don’t recommend Frenzino. Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos. Sources checked 5 October 2026: Frenzino footer (frenzino.io); Kahnawake Gaming Commission permit-holder list; Casino Guru Frenzino review (July 2026) and complaint record; our Moana Casino research. FAQ: Frenzino Casino

It’s licensed: 3-102-941348 SRL holds a Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence, and frenzino.io is on the regulator’s permit list. But Casino Guru rates its safety 2.4/10, and its win caps are very restrictive. We don’t recommend it.

The footer names 3-102-941348 SRL, a Costa Rica company. Our previous review listed Famagousta B.V., which is still linked to sister casino Moana.

Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence No. 01035, issued 10 December 2025, according to the site footer. Our earlier review quoted licence 00939.

Frenzino’s current terms don’t set a daily or lifetime win cap. Casino Guru still lists the older limits of €5,000 net per day and €50,000 net over an account’s lifetime.

€5,000 per day and €25,000 per month, according to the current terms (October 2026). Casino Guru still lists older limits of €1,000 a day and €7,000 a month.

When we checked from the Netherlands in October 2026: 150% up to €1,500 + 150 free spins on the first deposit, 100% up to €5,000 on the second and free spins on the third, with 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus within 30 days. Offers can vary by country.

No. Its terms allow winnings to be confiscated if you use the Martingale strategy.

Moana, TiktakBet, Nalu, Sombrero Spins and Playfast, among others. Several share Frenzino’s Kahnawake permit holder.

Frenzino holds no licence in any of these countries, so you’d lose local protections such as GamStop, Cruks or Spelpaus. We don’t recommend it.
