Like its sister casinos Lucky7even and Rocketspin, it has quietly changed operator: our previous review named Hollycorn N.V., but Rockwin’s footer now names Metlait SRL, a Costa Rican company with a Tobique licence and an Anjouan licence that lists rockwin.io by name. Casino Guru rates it 7.1 out of 10 with no unresolved complaints. The weak spots are a demanding bonus and a handful of complaints about verification delays.

Who runs Rockwin, and is it licensed?
Yes, and the licence checks out. Rockwin’s footer and its Terms and Conditions say rockwin.io is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica (3-102-911867), under Tobique Gaming Commission e-gaming licence No. 0000064. Metlait S.R.L is on the Tobique Gaming Commission’s official list of licence holders.
Metlait also holds Anjouan Gaming licence ALSI-202509073-FI2, valid until 29 September 2027, and Anjouan’s public register lists rockwin.io among the domains it covers, alongside lucky7even.com and rocketspin.com. That domain-level match is exactly what you want to see.
Our previous review, and Casino Guru’s March 2026 review, still name Hollycorn N.V. as owner. Hollycorn’s Curaçao licence OGL/2023/176/0095 remains in good standing on the Curaçao register, but it’s no longer the company in Rockwin’s footer. Where Rockwin doesn’t accept players
Rockwin’s terms ban real-money play from a long list of countries, including the UK, the US, the Netherlands, Malta, Belgium, Poland, Greece, Cyprus and the Baltic states. Sweden and Germany aren’t on the list, even though both have national licensing systems and Rockwin holds no licence there. If you live in either, a locally licensed casino keeps your national protections, such as Spelpaus or OASIS.

Casino Guru rates Rockwin 7.1 out of 10 (“Above average”) in its March 2026 review, with “Mixed” user feedback from 7 reviews. It has logged 9 complaints, none unresolved: 3 were resolved and 6 rejected. Most are about slow verification (€600, €250, A$472) and delayed withdrawals (€8,000, €3,498, A$1,200, plus A$7,500 not yet received at the time). One complaint describes an account-closure request being ignored, and another alleges stakes were changed.
The pattern points to one practical step: complete verification before you request a withdrawal, and keep copies of your documents.
