Lucky7even Casino Review 2026: Verified Licences, High Withdrawal Limits
Lucky7even is one of the rare offshore casinos where the paperwork matches the marketing. Its footer names Metlait SRL and a Tobique licence, and we found that same company on two regulators’ registers: Tobique’s licence-holder list and Anjouan’s public register, where lucky7even.com is listed by name. Casino Guru rates it 8.9 out of 10 with no relevant complaints, and its withdrawal limits of €2,000 a day and €20,000 a month are far more generous than most casinos in its class. The weak spot is the welcome bonus: 40x wagering, a €5 maximum bet and table games that barely count.
Our verdict: recommended, with caveats. A verifiably licensed, well-run casino with high withdrawal limits. Take the bonus only if you play slots.

Who runs Lucky7even, and is it licensed?
Yes, and we could verify it twice. Lucky7even’s footer says the site is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a Costa Rican company (registration 3-102-911867), under Tobique Gaming Commission e-gaming licence No. 0000064. Metlait S.R.L appears on the Tobique Gaming Commission’s official list of licence holders, with licences valid into 2027.
Metlait also holds an Anjouan Gaming licence, ALSI-202509073-FI2, issued on 30 September 2025 and valid until 29 September 2027. Anjouan’s public register lists the domains each licence covers, and lucky7even.com is the first domain on Metlait’s list. That matters: many casinos claim an Anjouan licence that we can’t find on the register at all, as we saw with QuickWin and Joker8. Here the domain-level match is exactly what you want to see.
The same Anjouan licence covers around 30 other domains, including rocketspin.com and rockwin.io. Our previous review and Casino Guru both name Hollycorn N.V. as owner, a Curaçao group whose licence OGL/2023/176/0095 is still in good standing. Lucky7even appears to have moved from Hollycorn’s Curaçao licence to Metlait, just as Rocketspin did. Our guide to Hollycorn N.V. casinos covers the wider group, and Rockwin is another domain on the same licence.
What these licences do and don’t give you. Tobique (set up in 2023) and Anjouan are real regulators, but they’re lighter-touch than the Malta Gaming Authority. There’s no strong independent dispute service behind them, so a casino’s own track record matters more. Lucky7even’s record is good. See our guides to MGA casinos and Curaçao casinos for comparison.
Where Lucky7even doesn’t accept players
Lucky7even’s terms (updated 14 April 2026) ban real-money play from a long list of countries, including the UK, the US, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Portugal, Poland and the Baltic states. Bonuses are not available to players from Sweden. A casino that excludes regulated markets is a good sign, but it also means you should never use a VPN to get around the list: the terms say players who break this rule aren’t entitled to withdrawals.
Track record and safety rating
Casino Guru rates Lucky7even 8.9 out of 10 (“High”) in its May 2026 review, one of the highest scores we’ve seen for an offshore casino this year. Its user feedback is “Excellent” from 46 reviews, it says it has found no relevant complaints, and Lucky7even isn’t on any major blacklist. Casino Guru describes the terms as “mostly fair”, with only minor issues.
For comparison, Rocketspin, on the same licence, scores 8.5 with no unresolved complaints. Both are well ahead of casinos like Bull Casino (4.4) or Joker8, where self-exclusion complaints dominate the record.
Withdrawals
| Minimum withdrawal | €20 |
| Daily limit | €2,000 |
| Weekly limit (rolling 7 days) | €5,000 |
| Monthly limit | €20,000 |
| Progressive jackpots | Paid in full, outside these limits |
| Fees | None listed on the payments page |
These limits are generous for an offshore casino. Compare them with the €500 a day and €7,000 a month at QuickWin and Joker8: at Lucky7even, a €5,000 win can be withdrawn within a week rather than ten days or more. Larger wins still take time, because €20,000 a month is the ceiling, but progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. See casinos with no withdrawal limits if you play at higher stakes, and fast payout casinos for speed.
In our earlier hands-on test, a small withdrawal to Payz arrived in about five minutes. Lucky7even’s KYC policy allows it to request extra documents or even a phone call to verify your identity, and crypto players must submit ID before playing with Bitcoin. Upload your documents before your first withdrawal. See why casinos verify your account.
Casino Guru lists 29 payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Payz and cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB. Deposits are instant and free from €20. See our guides to Skrill, Payz, MiFinity, Paysafecard and Bitcoin casinos.
The dormancy fee
If you don’t log in or play for 12 consecutive months, Lucky7even can charge €20 a month from your balance. That’s a much gentler rule than the six-month or three-month inactivity terms we found at Bull Casino and StarsPlay, but it’s still a reason not to leave money sitting in the account.
The welcome bonus
The welcome package is spread over four deposits:
| Deposit | Match | Free spins | Bonus code |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% up to €500 | 50 | None |
| 2nd | 50% up to €500 | 50 | CLAIM50 |
| 3rd | 75% up to €500 | 50 | CLAIM75 |
| 4th | 100% up to €500 | 50 | CLAIM100 |
There are also reload bonuses on Mondays (100% up to €1,000 + 100 free spins, code MON) and Saturdays (100% up to €1,000, code SAT), both from a €50 deposit with 40x wagering and winnings capped at 10x your deposit.
The rules that matter (Bonus Policy):
- 40x wagering on the bonus amount, not the deposit plus bonus
- €5 maximum bet while wagering
- €20 minimum deposit for any bonus
- Real money is used first, then bonus money
- Slots count 100%; table games, video poker and live games count only 5%
- Unclaimed free spins expire after 14 days
- Finland and Poland have their own welcome terms; Sweden gets no bonuses
What it costs. Deposit €100 and take the 100% first-deposit bonus, and you’ll need to wager €4,000 (40 × €100). At an average slot RTP of 96%, that costs about €160 in expected losses, more than the €100 bonus is worth. Because live and table games count just 5%, the same bonus would take €80,000 in blackjack bets to clear. For slot players, the bonus is fair for the market; for live casino players, skip it. Our wagering requirements guide shows the maths, and no-wagering bonuses are the simpler alternative.
Watch two more rules. Bonuses of 300% or more cap winnings at ten times your deposit, which doesn’t affect the welcome package but can apply to special offers. And winnings from no-deposit bonuses are capped at €50.
Games and features
Our previous review recorded more than 5,000 games from over 100 providers, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Playson and BGaming, plus jackpots, bonus-buy slots, Megaways and instant-win games. The live casino covers roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game shows. There’s no sportsbook. The gamification side includes a daily Raven Box with a guaranteed prize, a Lucky Spin wheel, tournaments, a loyalty programme and a Bonus Store. See our guides to online slots and live dealer casinos.
Customer support
Support is available 24/7 by live chat and email (support@lucky7even.com), with a help centre covering payments, bonuses and verification. In our earlier test we were connected to a live chat agent in about 30 seconds. There’s no phone support.

- Fast e-wallet withdrawals in our earlier test

Cons

- No bonuses for players from Sweden
- No sportsbook or phone support
Who is Lucky7even best for?
Slot players who want a well-run offshore casino with real withdrawal headroom. The combination of verified licences, a clean complaint record and €20,000 monthly limits puts Lucky7even near the top of the casinos we’ve reviewed on this licence tier.
Less suited to: live casino and table game players who want a bonus (5% contribution makes it almost useless), high rollers who need more than €20,000 a month, and anyone who’d rather play under an EU licence. For that, see MGA casinos.
Summary
Lucky7even does the basics well and proves it. Metlait SRL, the company in its footer, holds a Tobique licence and an Anjouan licence that lists lucky7even.com by name. Casino Guru rates it 8.9/10 with no relevant complaints, and withdrawal limits of €2,000 a day and €20,000 a month are well above what we usually find offshore. The bonus is reasonable for slots but poor for live games, and you should withdraw rather than leave a balance idle.
