Betmac Casino Review 2026: Licensed, Young, and One Warning Sign
Betmac is one of the more transparent newer casinos we’ve looked at this year. It launched in January 2025, its operator Sefiarray B.V. holds a Curaçao licence you can find on the regulator’s own register, and Casino Guru rates it “Above average” with a clean complaint record. One complaint stands out, though, and it’s the kind we take seriously: a player who said they had a gambling problem and asked for their account to be closed found it reopened. Together with a term that Casino Guru says puts players at a disadvantage for using responsible-gambling tools, it shapes our verdict.
Our verdict: a usable option for experienced players, not a top pick, and not for anyone who might need self-exclusion.

Is Betmac licensed?
Yes. Betmac is operated by Sefiarray B.V., which holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/842/0350. We checked it on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s own registers:
- September 2025: licence period 25 July 2025 to 25 January 2026, licensee Sefiarray B.V., company registration 155219.
- 21 September 2026: licence period 25 January 2026 to 25 July 2026, status “Assessment in progress”.
So the licence ran out on 25 July 2026 and the renewal hasn’t been decided yet. That sounds worrying, but it’s very common right now: on the 21 September 2026 register, 279 of roughly 640 Curaçao licences carry the same “assessment in progress” status. It reflects a renewal backlog at the regulator, not a problem specific to Betmac. The licence isn’t on the regulator’s enforcement register of revoked or suspended licences (14 September 2026 edition).
This is what a checkable licence looks like, and it’s the main thing that separates Betmac from casinos like QuickWin, whose terms name no operator at all. A Curaçao licence under the new regime is still a mid-tier licence: there’s no independent ADR body and no player compensation fund. Our Curaçao casino guide explains what the reform changed, and our MGA casinos and Kahnawake casinos pages cover the alternatives.
Watch out for lookalike sites
Search for Betmac and you’ll find many sites calling themselves the official Betmac casino, mostly on UK-style domains (.co.uk, .uk, .org.uk). Some claim UK licensing. Betmac holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, and these sites often quote different bonuses and terms. Betmac’s own domain, betmac.com, currently redirects to a numbered mirror (betmac3.com). Only trust the bonus terms shown inside the cashier of the real site.
The complaint that matters
Casino Guru has logged one complaint about Betmac, and it’s marked resolved: a player’s account was reopened against their request, with £2,000 in dispute. In a user review, the player says they had told the casino about a gambling problem and asked for the account to be closed, yet were able to reopen it.
Casino Guru also flags four of Betmac’s terms as unfair or potentially unfair:
- Using certain responsible-gambling tools puts players at a disadvantage.
- Players who deposit only when bonuses are offered risk losing their winnings.
- Some betting techniques during bonus wagering can lead to confiscated winnings.
- Playing restricted games during wagering can forfeit the bonus balance.
The first two matter most. A casino should make it easy to stop, never costly. One resolved complaint is a small sample, but it points in the same direction as the flagged term. If you’ve ever felt your gambling slipping, choose a casino with a regulator-backed self-exclusion scheme instead, and see our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and getting help to stop gambling. Closing your Betmac account also won’t block you at its sister sites.
Bonuses
A note on sources: Betmac’s website blocked access from every location we tried, so we couldn’t read its current bonus terms directly. Here’s what we know, and where it comes from.
At our previous review (February 2025), Betmac’s welcome offer was 100% up to €525 plus 100 free spins, with 35x wagering and a €5 maximum bet during wagering. Other review sites quoting current terms describe 35x on deposit plus bonus, a 7-day expiry and free spins with 40x wagering on winnings. Those sites also quote different amounts, often in pounds.
Sources disagree on whether the 35x applies to the bonus only or to deposit plus bonus, and that difference is large:
| €100 deposit, €100 bonus | 35x bonus only | 35x deposit + bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Wagering needed | €3,500 | €7,000 |
| Expected cost at 96% RTP | about €140 | about €280 |
| Worth more than the bonus? | No (−€40 on average) | No (−€180 on average) |
Either way, the offer has negative expected value at typical RTP. Check the calculation base in the cashier before you accept. Our wagering requirements guide shows how to work it out, and our explainer on bonus abuse covers why breaching the max bet or “betting techniques” rules can cost you your winnings.
Our previous review also noted a VIP programme and a bonus shop, but no cashback. If cashback matters to you, see our cashback casinos and no-wagering bonuses. For VIP schemes in general, see our guide to VIP casinos.
Games
Betmac reports 5,000+ games across slots, jackpots, live casino, table games, video poker, crash games and scratch cards. Casino Guru lists Hacksaw Gaming’s Wanted Dead or a Wild and PG Soft’s Chicky Run among its most-played titles. Sources disagree on whether Betmac has a full sportsbook, so check before signing up if betting is important to you.
For more on the studios and game types, see our guides to Hacksaw Gaming casinos, online slots and live dealer casinos.
Payments and withdrawals
Our previous review recorded Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin for deposits, with crypto, e-wallets and bank transfer for withdrawals. The minimum deposit was €10 (€30 for crypto), the minimum withdrawal €10, and Betmac aimed to process withdrawals within 3 business days, with no withdrawal fees.
| Withdrawal limit | Amount (Casino Guru) |
|---|---|
| Per day | €2,000 |
| Per week | €6,000 |
| Per month | €15,000 |
These limits are higher than our previous review’s figure of €5,000 a month, but still modest. A €20,000 win would take at least two months to withdraw in full. If you play for high stakes, compare with casinos with no withdrawal limits. For quick payouts, crypto is usually fastest: see our guides to Bitcoin casinos and Ethereum casinos, or fast payout casinos.
Complete identity verification early, before your first withdrawal. Our guide on why casinos verify your account explains what to expect.
Pros
- Real Curaçao licence (OGL/2024/842/0350) under a named operator, Sefiarray B.V., checkable on the regulator’s register
- Casino Guru Safety Index of 7.4, with only one complaint, resolved
- Large game library with crypto payments
- Low €10 minimum deposit and withdrawal (at our last review)
- No withdrawal fees (at our last review)
Cons
- A complaint that an account was reopened after the player reported a gambling problem
- A term that puts players at a disadvantage for using responsible-gambling tools
- Wagering base unclear between sources; likely negative value either way
- Withdrawal caps of €2,000 a day and €15,000 a month
- Licence renewal still “in assessment” (common, but not resolved)
- Many lookalike “official” sites with conflicting terms
- Young casino (2025) with limited track record
- Not licensed in Sweden, the UK or the Netherlands
Who Betmac suits
A reasonable fit if you: are an experienced player outside regulated markets, mainly play slots or crypto games, keep your balance modest, and are comfortable with a Curaçao licence.
Look elsewhere if you:
- might need self-exclusion or account closure to stick
- play mainly for bonus value
- expect large wins and want them paid out quickly
- live in Sweden, the UK or the Netherlands and want local protections
Summary
Betmac does the basics better than many newer casinos. It names its operator, Sefiarray B.V., and its Curaçao licence is on the regulator’s register. The pending renewal is shared by hundreds of other licensees, and Casino Guru rates it 7.4 out of 10. The weak spot is responsible gambling: a flagged term that disadvantages players who use those tools, and a complaint about an account reopened after the player reported a problem. Add moderate withdrawal caps and bonus terms we couldn’t confirm at the source, and Betmac is a usable option for experienced players but not one we’d put at the top of a list.
Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos. For other recent launches, see our new casinos page.
Sources checked 1 October 2026: Curaçao Gaming Authority licence registers (3 September 2025, 21 September 2026) and enforcement register (14 September 2026); Casino Guru Betmac review (December 2025) and complaint record. Bonus and payment details marked “at our last review” are from the February 2025 version of this page, because Betmac’s website was not accessible from our location.
FAQ: Betmac Casino

No. Some lookalike sites claim UK licensing, but Betmac holds no UK Gambling Commission licence.
At our last review, 100% up to €525 plus 100 free spins, with 35x wagering and a €5 maximum bet. Sources disagree on whether the 35x applies to the bonus only or to deposit plus bonus, so check the terms in the cashier.

You can ask for your account to be closed, but Casino Guru flags a term that disadvantages players who use responsible-gambling tools, and one player says their account was reopened after they reported a gambling problem. If you need self-exclusion, choose a casino covered by a national scheme.
Sources disagree. Check the site before signing up if sports betting matters to you.
Betmac blocks some countries, and betmac.com currently redirects to a mirror domain. Don’t try to get around a block with a VPN: the terms can then be used to void your account.
