Bets Bunny Casino Review 2026: Very Low Safety Score, Confiscations and a 15x Cash-Out Cap
Bets Bunny launched in 2025 from the same group as Moana and Frenzino, with a playful theme, more than 11,000 games and country-specific bonuses. Our previous review rated it 4.8 out of 5. We can’t stand by that. Casino Guru now rates Bets Bunny 1.8 out of 10 (“Very low”) and its terms “unfair”, and most of its 16 complaints are about confiscated winnings, including one of €12,900. Its own terms let it remove everything above 15 times your deposit if you’ve only deposited once, and the company name in its footer no longer matches the regulator’s register.
Our verdict: avoid. A very low safety score, repeated confiscations, and terms that can cap a single-deposit win at 15x.

Who runs Bets Bunny, and is it licensed?
Bets Bunny’s footer says the site is “held and operated by Famagousta B.V.“, a Curaçao company with registration number 152449, licensed under OGL/2023/155/0098. Payments are processed by a Cyprus company, Fodenmacko Trading Co. Limited.
That licence is real, but the name attached to it has changed. When we researched sister casino Moana, we compared two editions of the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s register. In September 2025, licence OGL/2023/155/0098 and company 152449 were listed as Famagousta B.V. On the 21 September 2026 register, the same licence and company number appear as Goodfly N.V., while the Famagousta name has moved to a different company and licence. The renewal is marked “assessment in progress”, a status shared by hundreds of Curaçao licences right now.
So Bets Bunny’s footer still uses a company name the register no longer shows for that licence. That isn’t proof of wrongdoing, but it’s exactly the kind of mismatch you want to avoid when you may need to name the company you’re in dispute with. See our guides to Curaçao casinos, MGA casinos and Kahnawake casinos. Frenzino, the third brand in this group, has since moved to a Kahnawake licence under a different company; see our Frenzino review.
The domain
Bets Bunny no longer runs on betsbunny.com, which is now a parked domain listed for sale. The casino operates on a numbered mirror, betsbunny14.io. Numbered mirrors usually mean a casino is working around blocks in some countries. Only enter your details on the address you reached from a trusted link, and never on a lookalike domain.
Complaints and safety rating
Casino Guru rates Bets Bunny 1.8 out of 10 (“Very low”) in its August 2026 review and calls its terms “unfair”, with nine issues found. Of 16 complaints, 6 are unresolved, 1 is open, 4 were resolved and 5 rejected. Most are about confiscated money:
- winnings confiscated: €12,900
- winnings confiscated: €1,918, £1,699, €700
- funds confiscated without justification: $270
- an account not permanently closed when the player asked: €1,000
- a self-exclusion restricted: €400
- two players calling the casino a scam: €254 each
- a withdrawal delayed with winnings “classified incorrectly”
The account-closure and self-exclusion cases matter as much as the money. If you need to stop gambling, don’t rely on Bets Bunny’s tools; see our guides on how to ban yourself from gambling and getting help to stop gambling. For disputes, see whether you can sue a casino for not paying out.
The terms that matter
We read Bets Bunny’s Terms and Conditions in October 2026. These clauses stand out:
- The 15x cash-out cap (clause 63.2). “A player with 1 deposit only will be eligible to cashout a maximum of 15x the initial deposit amount. All further winnings will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request.” Deposit €50, win €2,000, and you could be paid only €750. This applies with or without a bonus.
- Deposits must be wagered 3 times (clause 63.4) before you can withdraw them, even without a bonus.
- Withdrawal limits of €5,000 a day and €25,000 a month (clause 63.1), and wins over €30,000 may be paid in monthly instalments. Progressive jackpots are paid in full.
- Accounts become dormant after six months without a login, and cashback balances on dormant accounts expire immediately.
Casino Guru’s older data lists stricter limits (€7,000 a month withdrawals and a €50,000 lifetime win cap). The current terms we read show €25,000 a month and no lifetime cap, but the 15x clause is arguably worse for casual players. See what counts as bonus abuse and casinos with no withdrawal limits.
Pros
- Very large game library and sportsbook
- Curaçao licence number in the footer exists on the regulator's register
- Progressive jackpots paid in full
Cons
- Casino Guru Safety Index of 1.8/10 ("Very low") and terms rated "unfair"
- Most complaints are confiscations, including €12,900
- One-deposit players can cash out at most 15x the deposit
- Deposits must be wagered 3 times before withdrawal
- Footer company name no longer matches the register for that licence
- Runs on a numbered mirror domain; the original domain is parked
- Complaints about an account not closed and a self-exclusion restricted
- Previously targeted countries where it holds no licence
The welcome bonus
When we checked from Finland in October 2026, the welcome package was 225% up to €1,500 plus 500 free spins over three deposits. Offers vary by country, so check the amount and terms shown to you:
| Deposit | Match | Free spins |
|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% up to €250 | 50 on Big Bass Splash |
| 2nd | 75% up to €500 | 100 on Big Bass Splash |
| 3rd | 50% up to €750 | 350 on Big Bass Splash |
The rules: 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, 35x on free-spin winnings, 30 days to complete wagering and a €5 maximum bet; bets above €5 don’t count and can void winnings. On a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus, that’s €7,000 in bets, costing about €280 on average at 96% RTP. Our previous review listed bigger offers aimed at the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Austria and the UK. Those are all countries with their own licensing systems where Bets Bunny holds no licence, so we don’t list them. See our wagering requirements guide and no-wagering bonuses.
Games and payments
Our previous review recorded more than 11,000 games, live casino from Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live, and a sportsbook. Payment methods included Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, MiFinity, Zimpler, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Flexepin, CashtoCode and crypto, with a €50 minimum withdrawal. See our guides to online slots and live dealer casinos.
Summary
Bets Bunny’s game library is big, but almost everything that protects players points the wrong way. Casino Guru rates it 1.8 out of 10 and its terms unfair, most of its complaints involve confiscated winnings, and its own terms cap a single-deposit win at 15 times the deposit. The licence in its footer exists, but the company name on it has changed on the Curaçao register. We don’t recommend Bets Bunny. Our casino blacklist and review policy explain how we assess casinos, and our list of new casinos has alternatives.

Yes. Our previous reviews linked all three to the Famagousta group. Moana shares the Curaçao licence history, while Frenzino has moved to a Kahnawake licence.
